I tried to buy locally first, but this is the most economical source for high quality krill oil that I could find... I ran this product through a liquid and gas chromatograph and registered the lowest level of contamination that i have ever seen in an omega 3 sup. I only use Amazon when the cost benefit analysis is way out of range, preferring local businesses first. No taste when taken, but for the rest of the morning every burp tastes like old fish.

I really like the Kori Antarctic Krill Oil Omega-3 1200 mg Max Strength 1 Softgel a Day for Heart Brain & Joint. These are easy for me to swallow, but they are large, so not everyone will be able to swallow this strength Softgel. If you can't swallow these, the 600 mg Softgel are much smaller and sort of round, so they slide down the throat without touching the sides. I have used this brand for the last couple of years and will continue to buy them. I prefer the 1200 mg strength, as you swallow one Softgel a day, as opposed to swallowing two of the 600 mg Softgel a day for the same amount of Krill Oil.

Great product

I really liked everything about this product & had been looking for something that checked off all or most of the important "boxes" for me.There was no flavor while taking them that was offensive nor did I experience any fishy burping as I have with other fish oil supplements. The capsules are on the larger size, but I was able to swallow them just fine.However, although I started out slowly with this supplement (as I always do when starting a new one), I couldn't take these at all. It was just too much for my stomach to handle. That might be because of the bariatric surgery I had long ago that changed my ability to digest supplements & foods (especially fats) but whatever the cause, even after a few tries I just couldn't take this supplement. Your result might vary, this is only my personal experience with this particular supplement. Three stars for "checking off all the right boxes" & being of great quality. But just three stars for the not great experience my stomach had trying to digest this supplement.
