Perfect for my fall zen garden
Beautiful! Used these pieces in a fall zen garden decoration at work. Everyone loves it. The pieces are well made, sturdy, and have great detail. I added some pumpkins and turtles from other sets, and the maple leaves sprinkled on the sand.

All the outdoor items I was looking for.
Great set. It had everything I wanted. It came thru when expected and seems to be good quality. Excited to put it together with my own items.

Tiny proportions, great for a desktop or tiny fairy garden (too small if scaled to fairy doors)
This is better suited to a little desk garden than an outdoor fairy garden. My daughter loves making fairy gardens around our yard. While she loved playing with this set indoors in a little tray, the scale of them was too small to match the scale of the rest of her outdoor fairy garden items. Most of her fairy garden is homemade, but she did use some storebought doors and windows that affix to trees, and that has influenced the overall scale of the garden. If you're starting from scratch, these tiny pieces might suit you well. Or if you're looking for a desktop st for a child or adult to play with, this is really nice. I'd recommend adding a nice wooden tray and some basic play sand or similar medium as your base. It does come with some tiny packets of colored sand, but more for painting on color (just a couple grams per packet). They'd also make great cake toppers! Pretty and detailed, but also delicate and will break if dropped on a hard surface.

Okay, sand not packaged well
This set is okay. I honestly got it just for certain items in it to go with a theme I already was planning for a garden I have more than the whole package itself. Some parts are really small, and others are larger items. There are taller trees, then there are tiny trees, etc. They only give you a small amount of the blue and green sand, so if you need a lot of it, you will need more than what they give you. My bag of green was actually open, so it was mixed in with some of the decorations in a bag, but luckily that bag was not open so I did not lose the sand. They are all fairly cheap looking items, but they will work fine for a Zen garden or fairy garden setup.

Many nice pieces, but totally unrelated and disjointed. Scales are all different.
Some of these look like aquarium decorations, others like train diorama trees and shrubbery, the lamp post looks like it's from a Christmas village and others pieces from a reptile section of a pet store. There's nothing wrong with any of that, except the scale of each piece is different. Fences almost as tall as trees. A bucket three times the size of the well and so on. The trees, for example, have to be affixed to a base with hot-melt glue and are indoors only. The lamp was falling apart and needs to be wired up. OK - cute that it can light up, but at what voltage? There's no instructions. Our fairy garden will have various sized inhabitants, from small fairies to 2" high gnomes. So the assorted resin pieces will all see some use. We're still in the planning stages and collecting all the pieces, but I already know we can't use any of the trees or bushes - they won't handle outdoors, plus they're just as tall as the fairies and gnomes.Even without using the trees, we'll still get a lot of use from this.
