It’s an eyeliner! I use it to line my eyes. It stays put and doesn’t hurt my eyes. I have been using it for years. Love it.

I absolutely love Almay’s I-color liner pencil, but haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I was so excited when I saw these on Amazon. Knowing that they were discontinued, I decided to stock up and purchased multiple packs. Imagine my shock and disappointment when instead of the I-Color liner, Almay’s new and very inferior “top of the line” pencils arrived instead. The difference? The i-color pencils go on very smooth and smudgy— the top of the line is harder and gives you a harsh fake looking line. They’re awful. Call Almay and complain. Tell them to bring back the i-color line.

I like it very much and it is very easy to put on and take off.

I have so many allergies but there's no compromise in quality buying hypoallergenic.
