First time ordering caviar on Amazon. I’m pleasantly surprised how good it was! I’m from Russia and know how caviar should taste, this Russian Osetra Karat is on the level with good Russian caviar, which is hard to find in the US. All my guests absolutely loved the caviar tasting with 3 different types of caviar served with blinis & champagne. It doesn’t have fishy taste, it’s not liqudy , nice pleasant nutty flavor.
