Calphalon 16-Inch Nonstick Pizza Pan, Toffee

I first received one of these pans as a wedding gift 20 years ago which was bought from target. I absolutely love this pizza pan. Pizza always comes out crispy on thebottom and very easy to clean. Over the years from cleaning and storing it with other metal pans it lost some of the non stick coating. I decided to look on amazon for a replacement and I was so excited to find the exact same one and purchased it right away. I will be taking much better care of this one. I use parchment paper under my pizza so it doesn’t drip on my pan and I put a felt pan separator to keep other pans from rubbing on it when it is put away. I highly recommend this pizza pan.

We got one of these pans at our wedding 15 years ago, and we finally needed to replace it. As our family is bigger now, we got the set of 2 and it has been game-changing for our pizza night! We loved our old one, but it was just... OLD. And after so many baked pizzas and other items the pan had warped a bit, which isn't a complaint after so many, many years, just an observation. We didn't hesitate to get the same brand, and the new pans are even better than we remembered. Nothing sticks, and after so many pizza slices (family pizza night became a THING during these pandemic times) the surface still looks brand new. If these last another 15 years, we will replace them again with the same brand. Fabulous pans.

Very easy to clean and seems like a very nice high quality made material. Had to throw away my old one because it had warp and burnt from food being stick on it. This new one here is a non stick pan which is a great feature.

I have been working on my reduce going out to eat debacle and started making thin crust pizza from scratch, this thing is fantastic cleans well and has made great pizza. Sometimes I just do not feel like dealing with my pizza stone and this allows me to get away with being lazy. Also great for assorted meats (I place a tray under), breaeded assortments and vegetables. I have not tried this in my smoker yet however I really do feel like it will hold up well. I also have become a loyal Calphalon user now with this and my new pots and pans set I was able to get.

I finally have pizza with a crispy crust. This pizza pan is perfect and my pizza crust comes out perfectly. However, the fourth pizza I made on this pan left some burnt on marks and a tomato stain that I could not get off. I contacted Calphalon and they told me to use Soft Scrub. It worked great on the burnt on marks, but did not remove the tomato sauce stain. Calphalon told me this was because of the acid in the tomato sauce. Well, many pizzas have tomato sauce on them. I will use it again and if any more tomato sauce stains appear that cannot be removed, I will ask for a replacement. If it weren't for this stain, I would have given the pan 5 stars.

This is a beautiful piece of cookware! Many times I have boughten pre made pizza that comes on an oven proof browning tray. It is very thin and tipsy and I like to top pizza with many other ingredients, so I place the entire tray and pizza on this Calphalon Pizza Pan. It gives it strong stability to transfer hot pizza to counter and the pizza is cooked to perfection. This Calphalon 16 inch is a breeze to clean, basically a paper towel swipe as nothing sticks. The appearance of the pan is beyond perfection.

Well made, nice non-stick surface, and a nice size. I vacillated between 14 and 16 inch sizes, and finally decided on this bigger 16 inch so I would never have a pizza that was too big for the pan. I looked at quite a few different types, and in the end went with the Calphalon brand, due to good experiences with my many other Calphalon products. I've only used it once so far, but my store-bought pizza crust dough turned out really well in that first use.

We love homemade pizza, but had worn out our old tin pizza pan which started to rust where the cutter had cut the surface. This pan is completely nonstick and we had the best crust on our pizza. What a great purchase.

I've had my first pan for over 20 years. This was not a replacement but a second as two pizzas in the oven is required.

I just wish it could crisp the dough more, but overall it’s good.
