Hello,Suggestion: I love that it is a glass bottle and it made the joirney to me unbroken. But even better would that it was accompanied by a small spray bottle since my lifting, grasping, holding, pointing and then spraying this "heavy" bottle was way too amusing and do not wish to repeat :)Tonight, am attemting to spray the inside of my socks from a reasonable position and angle and amateurishly adjusting dosage. If that goes well, will advise. Seller: think about my idea of a small, lightweight, glass spray bottle to accompany this -- only heavy to an elder (!) - good quality glass bottle. May 2022 be safe and healthy for us all.20 January 2022. Latest technique: spray on a cloth/sock (bottle easily handled if upright and/or stable) and use cloth to apply oil. Much easier. I am a long term user of previously magnesium pills and for the past few years the spray. I clench my jaw like crazy and have insomnia without magnesium supplementation so I can 100% confirm that this stuff delivers as my symptoms always come back if I stop using it, as they also did with the pills. This is a great product...I am a massage therapist and Estitician and when I spray on my hands the pressure reduce with 5 mins.. it does itch. But I read if u feel itchy it means u r deficiency in it

You spray this at bedtime under arms or soles of feet. It is a great way to get your magnesium. I can feel it relax my muscles and help me sleep.

Really works for relaxing. I spray on the bottom of my feet before bed and massage.

Excellent product for chronic pain and headaches. Works better than anything else I have tried.
