I was very impressed with the product when it arrived. It came in a great case that keeps everything neat between uses. I loved that it came with a shaver as well as a pair of IPL glasses to use! The device has 5 levels of light intensity that is great because we all have different hair and skin tones. It has a smart sensor that will automatically select the right light intensity level for your skin. I also loved that the product was small and compact. The last thing I need is another product that comes with 20+ parts and takes up half my bathroom closet! It also did not hurt while doing the treatment! I would highly recommend this product! I am a busy parent and I have a full time job. Scheduling spa appointments just doesn't fit into my life right now. I can now do all my treatments at home and when I have the time!

I'm white with dark brown hair and very sensitive skin. This works for my hair on 2. I can feel a zap but it doesn't hurt. Read the directions thoroughly before starting! I was surprised at some of the reasons NOT to use this device- if you've been out in the sun for 15 minutes... so it seems better to try it out over the winter months. Also warns against using with varicose veins... What woman doesn't have them after 2 kids? Anyway, so far my results have been good but a longer time is necessary (directions say12 weeks) to fully know if hair will grow back or not.

Great product! I have a low pain tolerance and have tried other forms of hair removal, like waxing, an epilator, and professional laser hair removal, but they are all way too painful and I can’t maintain it. This product gives a quick flash that just feels hot, but not painful and there is no lingering pain or redness afterwards. You also use it after shaving rather than needing the hair to be grown out which is wonderful! So glad I found this product!
