It can cover the sun 99% of the time. Lessen the noise as well. Its not to heavy, but does veey well.

Cuts out light well, material heavy, feels good quality

It does not allow ANY light inside (other than some tiny sliver of light escaping at the sides since I could not hang them flushed against the window) and also provide good thermal barrier. I live in the Middle East and sun shines very bright here and also its very hot during summer. Since we started using them in our apartment, we have to check our phones to make sure its morning and our windows faces almost east and we don't have any tall buildings or trees in our neighborhood to block the light. As for sound isolation, maybe it works... I am not sure as we have some constrictions happening two floors directly below us since we bought them so I cannot say how much adequate it is in a residential neighborhood, but for us, currently, it does not help much with stopping sound.

Great blackout curtain however I thought I am getting a pair of curtains but this is just a single curtain and its not very wide so if your balcony or window is too wide make sure you do correct measurements.

I am pretty happy with the purchase. They look really nice and are surely black out curtains. I do believe they slightly reduce sound, but hard to say by how much. Anyway the acoustics in my room did improve after I hung them, so really useful.

Does great blocking out the sunlight (Black Curtains), product lighter than expected, noise can still be heard from the streets, it manages to muffle the noise although not significantly. 100% polyester

Fast delivery and received in good condition. I bought the 'Pear' colour because of the internal is black colour so it looks light greyish but I like it. It is 100% block the sunlight from East. Very happy with my purchase. Can buy again.
