Great Product
We are a restaurant. We bought three and they have proven very durable during the winter season. For us, getting another season of use is a victory, and we certainly will. Might we get 3 seasons? Maybe. For home use, you should get multiple seasons. Note that they take ~1 hour to build, so you are probably leaving them up for the entire season. We did have one of the plastic connectors break and reached out to CZBRO, offering to buy them, and they sent us 2 for free. Great service! We use small propane heaters (Home Depot) on cold days because running electric cables isn't feasible, but I'd recommend electric if you can do.

Great product but I have questions.
First it was super simple to assemble and seems to be durable. The plastic cover is fairly thick and the frame fits together nicely. I’m sure the zippers will loosen up and make it easier to open and close as it is used more. 1. What is the best way to heat it in winter. 2. How do I remove the wrinkles in the plastic cover?

Zipper broke
The zipper broke within the first year we had it. Company refused to replace the cover but did give us a $50 credit for a new zipper. Bought one and had over 10 hours of time sewing it in. Other than the zipper, it’s a good product. But a broken zipper kind of renders it useless.

Worth it
I’ve been wanting one of these for years. Went with this one because of the configuration of the frame. Only took an hour to put together the frame. The rods click in securely to the fasteners. About 25 minutes to put clear cover on by myself would have been easier with two people. Easy to follow directions. After reading reviews I secured it to the deck with rope in 3 spots and a few sandbags for good measure. So far so good!

Plastic ripped right up
Even though we tied it down in many places it still blew over a ripped plastic right up.

Perfect for Michigan winter
Put it up last year and it was fantastic for the long, cold snowy Michigan winter to still have some time outdoorsThis year I went to out it back up and I cannot find where we stored the directions, I’m very disappointed they are not easily found and cannot easily contact the seller for a copy.If anyone has found online directions or can take photos and add them here please do

Great even in southern Minnesota cold and snow
We purchased a second igloo this year for our brewery in southern Minnesota. The igloos have been great even in the negative temps and snow. With a couple small heaters, they are surprisingly warm. They provide a statement on our patio and are very popular! One of the zippers was faulty and recently wouldn't zip but the seller graciously sent us a new cover! I recommend these for a cozy space to entertain or hang out!

Make sure you count all the connectors! They shorted me one of the 6 hole connectors!
Assembly was easier than I thought. Took about 2 hours with two people. Other than missing one of the connectors, I am happy with this product.
