Very neutral flavor with no odor so it's easy to use. Great to make mayonnaise! It works well to coat cast iron pans. Good product.

Used for cooking in a cast iron skillet..frying eggs in it beats the old school bacon fat method, as far as health goes.This oil has a high smoke point and is a very healthy oil..organic just makes it better.Please bring back the original glass bottle, as that would make it even healthier to consume.Tip: put a little avocado oil in the skillet, and make the grill cheese sandwich with sourdough bread..healthier and tastier than butter, mayo, etc.

This is one of the best on the market for low PUFAS, Polyunsaturated Fats.It's also a high temperature oil.

The bottle of Nutiva avocado oil I received came with the seal broken, the cap unusable and with the oil slightly rancid. There is no way to return it or get a refund and it is pricey!

You should add "plastic" to ingredient label, because certainly there is plastic in the oil now that you switched to it from glass. I had bought this brand in a local health food store and loved it. It came in a glass bottle. But now it's pure garbage. I won't ingest anything that comes in a plastic bottle. I'll be searching for a better brand.
