Been taking this for 3 weeks now and I noticed a difference in my hair and nails very quickly. Hair seems to be growing more which it doesn’t usually and my nails feel so strong. Tastes quite pleasant what’s not to like! I never leave reviews normally but felt this was worth me taking the time to as I’m so impressed.

Nope I can not stand the taste on this it's really disgusting. Unfortunately I'm not getting along with collagen, tried tablets, powder and liquid, all types make me feel very sick after a few days of taking it.

Best I have ever tried & have tried many, so easy to take & saw results within 3 weeks, my skin looks better & my hair & nails have restarted to grow after years if very little growth I now have this on auto delivery

Started with a similar product but this costs less and is sugar free - but tastes really good. The one issue I have is the measurement cap needs to be bigger! Love what it does to my hair and nails and skin and I believe it reduces my spine pain too.
