Protecting very very good
Very good protection against bacterias and water.I'm familiar with such type of scar tape, had to use it during some operation for my wife about an year ago. It was something on tummy so exactly this type of tape was used to cover the cuts so they could heal properly and at the same time she could live a normal life, taking a shower and not bothering too much about the infections or something similar. It's protecting very good, sticking very good on the skin and doing a great job.On the other hand, it's so unpleasant to remove and even painful! Also, while wearing it is a bit uncomfortable so for sure not the most comfortable thing...

Time sensitive
Before you even apply this do read and understand the instructions it is time sensitive and how it states not to use on open wounds.I was very keen to use this tape specifically on my c section scar after seeing the photo in the production description, maybe it is time sensitive as my scar is approx 8 months old yet despite following the time sensitivity recomendation over a 4 week period I didn't see that drastic result. My husband is a chef so he is forever coming home with burns and cuts, i did notice a remarkeable difference in some fresh burns and scars. When I say fresh I mean within days so the skin was healed over and not open, i noticed his skin healed at least 95% compared to previous cuts and burns. The key to using this tape is to use it as soon as possible when safe to do so , as stated in the product description and on the box do not use on open wounds.Good value for money especially when it's reuseable, easy to use and does provide some protection for yuor tender skin.

Works really well and very discreet
Silicone Scar Tape, Soft Silicone Tape for Surgery Scars, Silicone Scar Strips for Body Scar, Burn Scar, and Keloid Scar Treatment (1.6” x 120”Roll-3M)I have been using these on a scar on my wrist and found they work really well at reducing the scar tissue and they are almost skin colour so I find them very discreet too 👍Purpose is to Soften & Flatten Scars; Reduce Redness & Itchiness; Improve Discoloration & Texture; Anti-Stain; Effective on Old & New Scars; Breathable & Thin Fabric; Comfortable to Wear; Easy Application & Removal; Washable, Reusable & Long -Lasting they can be used on pretty much any skin damage you have so not just scars, but burns and acne ect! You get a big roll so will last, good value

Won’t know effectiveness for at least a few months
I have some very old acne scarring and thought I’d give this silicone tape a try. My partner has used something similar after a procedure and did find it made some difference, though not as much as the pictures in the product page seems to suggest! I think those photos are a tad ambitious and touched up! Maybe I’m just cynical…So the silicone tape itself is easy to apply and has good adhesion. I wore it all night and it was still stick fast in the morning. Best to clean the area first and remove any oil, also don’t use any type of lotion or moisturiser, and then it should stick fast. What’s good about this tape is that it’s reusable, so will last a good long time, so does offer good value for money. So does it work? Well as my scars are very old I won’t know that for a good few months of continued use and maybe more, if this is effective at reducing them and rejuvenating the skin in that area. So I’m hedging my bet for this review and giving it three stars, and if I get a miraculous result I will endeavour to let you know!

Does not stay adhered due to lack of stickiness
Not very good as not very adhesive. I have a skin picking disorder and have horrid scars so thought these would be helpful in smoothing the scars. The tape comes on a reel which is easy to cut to the required length and the backing is easy to remove too.Problem is that they are not adhesive enough for me to benefit from the plasters as they are just not sticky enough to stay on.Of the 5 places I stuck them last night only 1 stayed in place and that’s the one I put on my chest. I found the others in my bed. They don’t seem to like any abrasive movement which is always going to happen when your in bed.Fraid I can’t recommendI hope you found this review helpful

Seemed to help.
My daughter used this after having surgery on her ankle. She said that seemed to help with healing and she thought the scar faded while using this; it could have been coincidence and it may have just improved with time, suppose we'll never know but it's definitely been worth trying it.

Great product, works fast
I have been using this for about a week (wearing the patch 24/7) and there is already a big difference - my raised scar has completely flattened and is beginning to fade. The discomfort has also reduced. I honestly thought nothing would work - great product!

Worth a try!
I've used silicone scar sheets before and they do need regular use to see results (a few weeks for new scars, and at least a month or two for older ones). I recently burned my thumb when pouring hot water from the kettle, and the colour of the burn marks has faded quite a bit over the past three weeks. These are really easy to use. Simply cut it to suit the scar and stick it on. It's sticky, flexible, and not as painful as a plaster when being removed (and shouldn't be ripped off either otherwise the silicone can get ruined).I usually rinse mine before reusing, and make sure it's dry otherwise it won't stick properly on my skin. It sticks like normal when dry again, and one strip can last up to two weeks if I take real good care of it.There's also a good amount here to last a very long time, so it's good value for the price.Would be happy to recommend! If this review helped, please click on the ‘helpful’ button to let others know!
