The reason I bought this product was for my lower back. I have a lower disc that pops out of alignment from time to time and I've found that if I lay on top of the ball with the center of the ball about lower mid-back, feet on the ground in front to give me stabilization and outstretch my arms to my sides, like a horizontal crucifix position and bend backwards as far as I can it pops it back into place. Trust me it's a helluva lot cheaper than having a chiropractor do it. The only con is that there is an inflatable rubber ring that the ball sits inside is a little hard to inflate. It has a little hand pump to inflate it and you have to pull the inflate stem out and put a stopper in the hole real quick. Because it holds so little air it usually deflates quicker than you can get the stopper plug in. I didn't care because I didn't use or need it. The ball was easier to inflate. And within the 1st minute after inflating I used it to pop my disc back into place. It worked instantly. Me and my lower back thank you !

I was looking for something to supplement my home gym. This seemed like the perfect exercise ball. I liked that it included the stability ring and corded handles that I could change out for more tension if needed. It also can with a two sided laminate board that illustrated all the exercises as well.Two slightly unsatisfactory points. When inflating, you must remove the inflator and put a pin in the hole without letting air out. It would seem to be an easy solution for the manufacturer to put in a valve so that operation would not be as difficult and awkward as it is. Every time I did it I wished for just a little bit more air.The second, I wished the ball was just a little bit taller. I am only 5'5" with a 30" inseam, and I feel that the ball is a bit lower than I would have liked.All in all, decent value for the money and I make do with it.

This is one of the best at home exercise product so far! easy to use and 15 min in it has you sweating. easy to move from room to room and in some ways fun to work out with. this gives me that push to keep moving at home watching tv or listening to music or even a movie so far for me it works. everyone is different but im good with this

Welp, I get the brilliant idea to order this, to have a easier time getting back into a fitness routine.Day 1- I inflate the base & ball, hook up the bands, & hop on todo some sit ups...The ball rolled off the base, so did I, right on my back & almost crashed into my papasan chair 😅- thinking this is how it ends 😬 I never laughed so hard in my life, even my 2 year old was laughing.Day 2- untrusting I try again (after my fitness guru husband shows off that I’m the problem here) a weary success!Some movement of the base, but with caution it does what it’s supposed todo! DEFINITELY worth the price, & if needed the bands can be doctored up & changed with higher resistance.

Update: The seller was very quick to respond to my msg about the ball having a leak. They sent a new ball, which arrived today and it works perfectly. Thanks for being so quick and considerate. I would definitely buy from them again. 😀The base was easy to inflate, but too big for the ball. The ball had a hole in it from a crease in the fold of packaging. Unable to use it. It won't hold air. Not their fault. Contacted seller, will update when they respond.

I bought this product bc I’m at my menopause weight & age & I told my doctor I would do my part - I’ve never needed much exercise but as I get older and face the horrible “M” years I realize my body/weight is not the same and I need to do something and after good bit of research I chose this bc it’s low impact, works core body, & I can increase if I need to. I haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet bc you’re supposed to let it sit at room temp for 24 hours then inflate 80% then sit another 24 hours at room temp, then fully inflate & sit another 24. It seems to have inflated properly, I feel secure sitting on it, etc I like the stability ring that comes with this one- to secure the ball and the resistance bands. I’m really looking forward to using it more and more each day.

The ball was smaller than I was expecting but it works nonetheless.

I use it for my morning exercise I love it my back is feeling better I will recommend it to my family and friends

I broke my pelvis 6 months ago and am now able to sit and do some strengthening exercises. This ball is great especially with the ring as i am confident that its stayed in the same place!

I actually bought this to use and do use it as a seat for when WFH. The ball seemed a wee bit light when pumping it up, but once inflated it is fine. The ring at the bottom is good for me as it means the ball does not roll away. I have not used the exercise bands. They are not high tension but I think they would serve the purpose.

I love that it comes with the extra ring for the ball to sit on, it has made it practical for me when working on a computer for hours at a time.I haven't tried any workouts on it yet, but I hope to soon!I love that it also came with it's own pump.

Came missing parts and all blow up. Piece of crap.

Was using it as an office chair. It started off smaller than advertised, and I was too low, but after 6 weeks it had expanded and was higher than the desk.Hopeless.
