I love the matte black and the double visor design

2019-10-08I was raised on a dairy farm and we always had dirt bikes, 3-wheeler's, and 4-wheeler's growing up. These days my nieces and nephews ride the toys and the adults watch/ride with them . . . once in awhile my brother and I might race on the four wheeler's for the fun of it :oD I was using a helmet that I purchased 25 years ago . . . general rule of thumb is to replace a helmet every 5 years (according to google) . . . . Needless to say I am long over due for a new helmet. I saw this helmet and decided to try it out.Pros:*Helmet liner has snap buckles and can come in/out with ease for cleaning - this will be awesome being that I typically ride on hot summer days in Wisconsin and you never know how much dirt/sweat has accumulated in the padding of the helmet. In addition, if the helmet is shared with anyone else, I know I will be able to clean it out well!*The dual visor will be handy for me. I am typically riding in wooded areas on warm days with buckthron, I will be able to put the outside visor down while riding through the wooded area to protect my face, then put it up and put the inner sun shield down when I am riding through the open field area - this will also allow the helmet to breath so the inside of the helmet won't fog up on me; plus I won't have to squint or wear sun glasses inside of my helmet anymore, which will provide additional comfort while riding. The nice part about this helmet is that both visors can be down at the same time.*If I want, I can also remove the visors and wear riding goggles; so my options are endless when it comes to eye/face protection.*The quick release safety buckle will be handy to use, especially with riding gloves on. I lose dexterity in my hands with riding gloves and it's hard to fasten the chin strap of my old helmet through the D-Hooks. This chin strap will be easy to secure and release at anytime with riding gloves.*The helmet is DOT Certified for the rider safetyCons:*None at this timeFYI*My forehead size is ~23 inches (58.42 cm). I am right between the Medium and the Large helmet size. I chose to go with the medium one (figuring a firm fitting helmet would be better than one that was slightly lose on my head). The medium was the right choice because the helmet fits great!I'm going to probably try this helmet out with my motorcycle as well (1997 - 883 Harley Davidson); right now I have a half helmet that I normally use, but that half helmet is probably past it's life as well. If I remember, I will update my post after I try this helmet out a few times, I'm excited to use it right now!

So I bought this helmet for my father age 65 to go quading with us. He loves it. He loved it so much I tried it. Well we will be buying a couple more. This helmet is EPIC

Very comfortable and functional

Helmet fits well and feels surprisingly comfortable and has ample room right around your ears so wearing an earbud underneath isn’t impossible so tou can still take a call when your on your way, and it can keep your head warm in winter but has enough airflow to let it breath so you don’t suffer in the warmer months though i would suggest some anti-fog spray or a visor that’s designed for that if your riding when its any colder than 60 degrees Fahrenheit or 15 celsius outside because it will fog relatively quickly. But over all a great helmet with some very nice features.

Decent helmet all-round for the price, good value for money. Could be a bit lighter, some material look a little lower-tier, fit and finish is pretty good. You do get nice features for the price, which work well enough.As for fit, for my head shape, I found that I needed to create a bit more room behind my ears to achieve a good comfortable snug fit.Westt's "Connect" NFC buckle could have been thought through more and implemented better. Instructions were elusive, there is no indication of NFC capability, so it is not particularly helpful if lost or in emergencies. Worse still, finding and connecting is hit or miss. Of 3 helmets, only one connected easily, one was detected (momentarily) but unable to connect, the last one, no NFC device could be found (returned).

il casco è molto bello e ben fatto ma la visiera trasparente deforma la visuale,è arrivato senza una vite sulla visiera superiore che spero mi mandino senza fare il reso,attenzione alle misure io ho 52 e la taglia S mi va strettina ma spero che l’imbottitura ceda,quindi per chi ha 55/56 consiglierei la M…contattato il venditore per la vite ma dopo un mese nessuna risposta
