The pro is that Loreal makes the best shampoo and conditioner but there is a con.The con is the price, it can be expensive or anywhere from $10-15 for not a huge amount. Compared to other conditioners and shampoo companies, they charge more but what you pay for is what you get. It does not stripe the color and your hair will have that silky smooth shine look to it.

I stopped using sulfate hair shampoo/conditioner several years ago when I found this product line. I use the frizz control version when I’m in a dry climate and it works fabulously. If it’s extra frizzy due to not using the no-frizz version, sometimes it does take two days of washing and conditioning to get maximum results. I don’t typically use any styling products in my hair, and I do blow dry and leave it straight and down, so I would see static and frizz if it were there. I took off a star for scent, because while this smells fine, it doesn’t smell as amazing as the other scents in the product line. Perhaps it has to do with the anti-frizz ingredient. It’s still a product I always keep on hand.

I love this product. I have very frizzy, dry curly hair. I haven’t found a conditioner that combats frizz and also leaves my hair soft and shiny until I used this one. It’s very moisturizing and smells great. 10/10 recommend

They changed the packaging of this conditioner and I had worried it would be different. This is my favorite conditioner for relatively thin volume hair. Provides perfect amount of moisture. Doesn't weigh down my hair. Quality is 10/10 it's the best conditioner on the market that I've tried even compared to ones 4 or 5 timed the price. No color alteration or darkening. Washes out clean and light but volumizing.
