Canning anyone??
Very non-traditional use for this brake bleeding kit. I use it when my food saver is down. This hand operated tool works great sucking the oxygen out of the jars or bags. And it does not depend on electricity.

Surprised how well it worked considering the price.
Did a great job bleeding my bike.

Got the job done
Did a good job of bleeding the brakes on one of my antique cars. I've got to use brake bleeders that attach to the slave cylinders instead of the master because these old cars don't have the same master cylinder setup modern cars do. These things are like a dime a dozen on sites like eBay and it's not the first one I bought but this one definitely had more suction than any of the others. Like some other people have mentioned the reservoir is kind of a joke but you can easily rig something up on your own with some plastic tubing and a jar. For the price I'm not going to complain.

Will work for pulling fluid out of brake bleeder
Did not test for pressure, but did work for bleeding brakes. The needle is not centered, but does stay in the range labeled '0'First I thought something was wrong as it could not pull a vacuum down to -20 but then remembered the Earth's atmosphere is 14.7 PSI at sea level, which is zero on the unit's scale. In other words, you can't go lower than approximately -15 PSI.

Great product for its price
Works great for bleeding brake lines. Would it given it 5 stars of it weren't for the fact that the cup can't really hold vacuum well which results in you having to constantly having to pump. Aside from that great product considering its price.
