I have a white tree with clear lights. These beads are very pretty but don't show up when the lights are on. May look better on a green tree.

The beads are of very good quality but they come wrapped in tight clear plastic wrap and when I cut it off there was a strong chemical like odor on the beads - I set the two rolls of beads unwrapped outdoors for several hours and it helped a lot.

Decided to change up my tree theme this year and do these gold balls and gold tinsel and I could not be more obsessed with my tree!!!!!! These beads are so fun and so cheap- just go for it. Our tree is super fat and 8ft and I had just enough to go around it a few times.

I took the beads and cut them in 1 foot sections, then double draped them all around the tree. My trèe went from"very nice," to spectacular!
