Product quality is acceptable as is the clever way of moulding the guard to most peoples mouths.Whilst the horrible English translation is a challenge, one can make one's way forward in the moulding of this product to your specific mouth / teeth.Guys, for "professional" sports, this is definitely not the way to go. And, equally, to all "mouldable" products of this nature.Why?Simply because to have a tightly-fitting, sports-orientated mouthguard, one will NEED to approach a specialist who is able to -- LITERALLY -- tailor a mouthguard to one's unique / individual mouth. Just is.So, not a slight on this particular product, but, ALL "mouldable" products of this nature.That being said, if one intelligently and carefully follows the suggested procedures to mould this to one's mouth, as I have, one can, yes, have a "usable" mouthguard that fulfills a protective function. But, BUT, the product remains quite loose and needs constant attention in order to enable it to remain in one's mouth. And, note, I only use mine for gym, so, I'd easily imagine that for boxing, etc., this type of "mouldable" product simply will not suffice. Major contact sport junkies, see your dentist or the like to have a proper, professional one made for you.

Purchased 2, 1 for a junior and the other for myself (adult); having worn gum shields in the past we knew what to expect but followed instructions anyway. The junior was done first, took 4 attempts just to gain a slight imprint, then didn’t fit, didn’t hold and I don’t want to risk using it.I then tried mine, plastic melted on one side, good start , reheated to remodel the melted Section then imprinted really well. Downside, it doesn’t stay in and the back sections way to big, made me gag.All in all, two failed gums Sheila’s and sad to say wasted money. Rather disappointedShop around.

Decent guard, easy to trim and instructions are easy to follow if you've never had to soak one before

Not particularly comfortable but does what it's supposed to, more cheaply than other options but without any discernible compromises AFAIC see...

After 2 fails and refunds, finally we got the good working one. It was snug fit for my 14 yrs. Moulding was easy

Did not fit well after moulding and would not stay in place

Great quality fantastic price easy to prepare would definitely recommend
