This item SUCKS!!! The legs rock and it makes it wobbly and unstable. I've tried to have my handyman fix it but he can't. DO NOT BUY THIS TABLE OR THE ANY MODWAY FURNITURE for that matter... they show the sofa and chairs with these lovely full surface cushions, when in reality there is only a cover on seat surface and sides - the back is mesh... cushions can never be turned over... WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY! SHOULD HAVE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY BUT FOOLISHLY I KEPT THIS CRAP 2 DAYS PAST MY RETURN BY DATE!!!

First off, the packaging was horrendous. When we opened up the box, it was as if the table was stored in a moist warehouse for a long period of time. The cardboaed wrapping around the legs disentegrated and to basically peel it off. After several long minutes scraping off the residue of the cardboard, we were left with table legs that appear in the pictures. The top of the table also has a white streak going down the length of it that disappears if you try to scrub it down, but reappears once dries. Also when cleaning it off, the towel is always left brown - not sure if this normal, but seems that the factory finish shouldn't wipe off so easily. All that being said, after a power wash and scrub down, it's a nice, contemporary looking table. I plan to give it a light sanding and new clear coat on it and hopefully that will prevent any browness from rubbing off. In the end, Amazon did right by us so we decided to keep. If Amazon didnt have such amazing customer service, we would have returned it.

This is a great table that exceeded my expectations both in wood quality and overall fit and finish. I highly recommend this product. But the true test of a vendor is how well they do when a problem presents. In my case one of the legs lacked the threaded insert that allowed for tightening to the table frame. I contacted them via email, received a response in less than a day, with a new leg now on its way from the manufacturer. Real customer service - a rare find these days.

Screws provided were not long enough. Had to go to hardware store & buy 12 appropriate screws. UPDATE: bought a second set of these tables because we like them once assembled - but: they again came with screws that are too short...and this time the included assembly instructions were for chairs, not tables!! I tried to obtain customer support, but the link to the manufacturer website provided by Amazon does not work. Unfortunately, our hardware store was out of the appropriate screws this time...

I was very excited when the product arrived. It looked solid and well-made. What I forgot to do is inspect the tabletop. After I assembled the legs and flipped the table right side up, I was very disappointed to see a crack and some discoloration on the tabletop. I was hoping to contact the seller for product support, but the website/link does not work. While returning the item is an option, but it's a hassle. Any suggestions?

This coffee table was perfect to go with a teak sofa I own. It was a good value compared to other options I was looking at. It was simple to put together.

My husband was amazed that the table was so well built. Very sturdy and appears to be long lasting.
