Had my grill shipped from Cali to NY. I even called to speak with someone from the company before dishing out $900 on a grill from a company that I wasn’t familiar with. Company agent was pleasant to speak with.Grill was delivered a bit late because it was ground shipped across the country. Was delivered in a 175 lb box on a pallet that you can move easily with a hand truck or a second person.A lot of pieces to put together. Took about 1-1/2 hours to build and I was moving. Couple tricky / unclear parts in instructions and I used to work on helicopters lol. But - it was figured out and grill came out fantastic.Grill looks VERY sharp. Lots of compliments already. Color is sleek. Pop up side table is amazing to have. Grill cranked perfectly on first attempt. Temp gauge is spot on. Plenty of grilling space. Grill gets very hot with hood down. Nice even cooking all around. Just note - burners stop about 1 inch from the very front of the grill so 1 inch- all the way across the front is a dead spot for heat.Comes with griddle plate replacement for one side of burner which is awesome. Side burners cranks a beautiful stove top flame.Overall amazing grill. Couldn’t be happier. Company even said they’ll send out parts if ever needed so hoping to have this for a long time.I told the company rep I wished there were more reviews, so here is me doing my part.

Took us a couple weeks to complete the assembly. One part had the screw holes in the wrong place. Contacted seller and they graciously sent us a replacement part. It was a bit inconvenient but I have to say, their customer service is top notch.If the assembly is a big factor to whether u will purchase or not… it definitely takes more than one person to put together and there is some guesswork with understanding the directions. Parts are not labeled and some of the parts look almost exactly alike in the drawings. We were prepared for this after reading the reviews so it was not a deterrent to our purchase decision.After all is said and done tho… it was super easy to hook up the propane tank and get started with grilling. It’s a high quality heavy duty grill. Makes grilling so very easy! The whole design is well thought up for convenience. Overall we were super happy with our purchase.

The fact there were not many reviews, I was skeptical, especially with a $250.00 delivery charge. But the order was delivered seemingly, in good condition. Was easy to put together. Looks really sharp, all burners are working well. Haven’t yet cooked on it but looking forward to many cookouts this summer with it. It’s a beast of a grill!!!!! I would recommend.

UPDATE: After having the grill for a year (purchased Sept 2022), it has stopped working. Won’t light and no gas running through the lines. I thought my propane tank was empty so I replaced it, but when I turn the gas tank on, there’s gotta be a leak somewhere because no propane is making it to the burners. I thought maybe the ignition wasn’t working, but there’s truly no propane making it to the burners. Loved this grill up til now, but now it’s just a $1000 piece of junk on my patio.Great looking and functioning grill. Took about an hour to assemble by myself. A lot of steps but I didn’t find it as bad as some other reviewers. Regardless, it was well worth the time and money. It really does have a huge cooking area, heats up quickly and easy to control the temperature, tons of room for storage, and I love the cast iron griddle.

Husband loved his new grill and the new cover for birthday. He took his time to set up, He says it was easy just took his time to do it. Shipped to us very quickly considering it was by ground. Box was heavy but we managed to get it into our garage for assembly. We used it and the food was spectacular. My Husband is happy so am I. Thank you for the best grill we have ever had. Well worth the investment.

The grill came as scheduled. Unfortunately, when I went to make sure I had all of the parts based on their inventory list that is numbered I noticed none of the parts were numbered to match the inventory list. This made the assembly longer and more difficult than it should have been. I had some problems with the door assembly and the magnets that hold the doors shut were very weak. The grill is solid, and I hope once I connect a tank to it the unit will grill as expected. If you are not mechanical or cannot follow instructions, I would pass on purchasing this item.

The media could not be loaded. And keeps on grilling. Had a major rainstorm with 60mph winds and knock my grill down to the ground as you can see.Picked it up cleaned it checked for damage to lines or anything else and nothing! Amazing grill.

So happy with this purchase. The grill was delivered to my doorstep in a couple boxes. The instructions to put the grill together was very clear and easy to install. Just finished using it for the first time today and I’m extremely happy with how the food came out. I would recommend this grill to anyone. Thank you, Brand-Man Grills!
