My fiance started me on these, I have a hectic lifestyle and by the time I get home from work I am pooped out. I'm up at 5:15am crash out at 10 or 10:30pm. I have a 3 hour commute each day for work. I was dragging and hoping I would have energy when I get home for my wife! This peaked my energy and I feel like I did when I was a teenager. I recommend taking this after breakfast, you can play around with it and see how it works for you. I first started taking it with lunch at 1pm but I would stay awake all night. I found my happy medium is between 10-11am for the best energy throughout the day. I never thought I would be taking horse pills in my 20's but here we are!! I highly recommend this for those in their 20's and 30's who are always on the go and work in a high paced environment.
