Love this stuff. Would take a bath in it if I could. I’ve struggled with ingrown hairs, lumps, bumps, ect for all my adult life and it helps with everything. I’ve noticed this helps heal bumps that have already formed and stops more from growing. If you struggle from cystic bump in your nether region, use this multiple times daily. I also love the scent and find that it leaves my skin feeling smooth and has a tingly fresh feeling right after putting it on

This product has worked wonders for me!I bought this back in March, and wanted to use it before I wrote a review. I epilate, and am very prone to ingrown hairs. This serum stops them dead in their tracks, so to speak. I use it straight after epilating, and for a couple of days after instead of lotion. I have not had an ingrown hair since!I love the gel-like texture, and subtle aloe scent, which evaporates almost immediately. It feels wonderfully refreshing after epilation, and removes epilation bumps almost instantly.To me, it’s worth every cent and lasts a long time, since I only use it every 3 or 4 weeks.It is versatile in its uses - prevents nasty ingrowns, refreshes skin, removes bumps, and for me, has also ‘healed’ previous marks left by stubborn ingrowns that I tried to remove.

I purchased this after reading a review that I felt connected with the problem I encountered. I am one prone to developing hair bumps near my bikini line, arm pits etc... The bad part it often they can develop into huge cystic lumps. I recently experience a hair ball (lol) that was the size of a gum ball and it was painful. I did all the known treatment (soaking in a warm bath or using a warm compress) but I wanted this to be gone cause I needed to walk. I have heard of creams and ointments but never truly invested in the idea. After reading a review that I felt related my situation, I was sold and transaction complete. Once I received it, I noticed the bottle was lightweight and the product was more water soluble than a thick like gel, the smell was of a strong peppermint. Once applied, I did not feel or notice a difference, it dried quick upon application on the infected area, but felt aqua-phoric (like Vicks ) on my non affected skin area. I followed application and use as detailed on the bottle. In the end I am not sure if it works like it should, but it smells strong, liquidy and dries once applied.

Works awesomely! No razor bumps for me!!! It really is great. There is no burn but there is a bit of a tingle.

Love this stuff so I gotta rate it high but they recently reduced the size from 6oz to 5oz without updating the description. Price has remained the same. I get inflation, cost of raw materials, blah blah blah. This is still deceptive. Anyway, it works. I buy it and I buy it often. It has reduced my after-shaving ingrown hair problem by about 95%. But c'mon, LAVO, be honest when you change a product's quantity, and especially so if the price stays the same. At one point they also stopped giving you the pump on the bottle, and the box it was packaged in. Now it's just shrink wrapped.EDIT: July 2023 - NOW IT'S ONLY 4oz!!!! and price remains the same - you gotta be kidding me, LAVO! Cost of materials has not gone up that much, you're just taking advantage. Another reviewer mentions this bottle used to be 8oz. Removing 2 stars for value.

I have a bald head that I shave every 2 days which would sometimes cause razor bumps. I apply a small amount to my head and don't have to worry about razor bumps. I recommend this product for those who have razor bumps issues.

This product helps so much to keep ingrowns and irritation at bay. Use it twice a day .. 3 times on your day off lol. It’s soothing and smells really nice. Gentle enough for the face for all the PCOS girlies. I have thick hair that grows FAST I can’t afford laser hair removal right now so waxing and shaving is my go to and immediately after I apply this serum. This is my second bottle and I only have had 1 ingrown hair in 3 months. . Usually I would have many more. I say it’s worth the money.

As someone who shaves a lot and gets a lot of in-grown hairs, I can say that this product works but not in the way it's advertised. It's excellent at preventing in-growns if used after shaving but not very good on one's you actually have. Which is a bit misleading but it's still a good product. I would recommend it.
