Medspas charge $400+ for a single micro needling session, and they recommend 3+ sessions often times.This is my first pen and I’m wowed! I will say, read the directions on how to operate this pen, do your research on how this procedure is typically performed by other medspas by googling it. You don’t want to damage your skin or hurt yourself.Also, follow the aftercare instructions of micro needling via medspas websites so you know how to care for your skin after you do this.If it doesn’t hurt, honestly it’s probably not being effective and you need to up your needles and depth.Also you should be giving your skin 4-6 weeks to heal before you conduct another treatment on yourself.I agree with other reviews, this should include at least double the amount of cartridges so it gives more room for practice and testing of the product.Great pen, charged fast, and so far no glitches or defectiveness.

I used it several times now. It was a little bit scary to micro-needle yourself first, but now it is easy, comfortable and effective. I can see the changes of the skin color and texture. Every pen has two 16-needles, two 32-needles, and one nano cartridges. It helps me to save money and time. Good product at a reasonable price!

This product SUCKS. It stopped working in the middle of my session, it was the 6th time I use it. Very poor quality. Never ever buying this again!!!

I have used it twice now for medical microneedling (up to 2mm) to diminish a large scar on my forehead as well as some deep wrinkles. The scar appears softened after one use. Easy to adjust the depth and control the speed. The cartridges are individually wrapped and easy to install and remove. Charge duration is good. The device is lightweight and comfortable to hold.

Absolutely worth the price! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the replacement cartridges are difficult to find!

I have tried chemical peels in the past with certain amount of success, but most of procedures done by dermatologists need recurring schedules to see some affect. I have tried microdermabrasion once, but it had no affect at all. I have thought that it would be a wonderful idea to do maintenance at home to improve/enhance the facial skin condition on a set schedule. I used it with face sheet mask as directed once I received the microneedling pen. Most of the time when I use the sheet mask, I feel that not all of the nutrients are not working through as expected, but the pen really helps to work through to have the maximized benefits. I recommend the pen if you are can continuously use the product. It definitely decreased some of the lines on the forehead.

YOU GUY! When I say buy this! I mean it. I started a Non invasive body contouring business so I have been doing radio frequency skin tightening treatments on my face and I was like hmm what if I micro needle my own face and continue my RF treatments as well. So I have attached some before pics of myself after I micro needles for the first time on top of my 3rd session on RF. I also included pictures of my face the day after my treatment with make up on and you can tell a difference and I can’t wait to micro needle again in 6 weeks.( get numbing cream bc it isn’t very pleasant but I’m a champ so it wasn’t too bad) I will update after round 2. I bought this microderming pen to needle my scalp. Male pattern baldness is common and I found that using this pen in combination with minoxidil provides great results. I decided to try it and bought both. I used this pen at 1.5 to 2mm on my forehead below the front of my hairline. Using this on day 1 and minoxidil from days 3 to 7 helped as a weekly treatment. I saw little hairs growing in about a month. Continued use helped those get longer and some are turning permanent filling in bald areas on my head. I recommend it for others with receding hair.
