Keep your expectations in check
I have two Hey Dewys. The first I've had for going on 3 years and our hard water is finally getting to it. I just reordered a second and it is same quality as the first. Reading the reviews, I'm not sure folks are keeping their expectations in check. I had the instructions from my first unit and it is advertised as a facial humidifier. It is not going to add humidity to a large room. I sleep with mine on my night stand and will work with it on my desk within arms reach. Works perfect in both situations, but it definitely won't add humidity to a whole room. When fully charged, it will run for 6-8 hours. If you plan to run it longer, plug it in. Also, remember to run some vinegar through it regularly.

Temperamental. Does not last. Only a 90 day warranty.
We bought this humidifier a year ago. Have used it intermittently. Worked great for a few months, then after that we have had to consistently adjust the filter to get it to work. Sometimes the filter adjustment worked. Sometimes filter adjustment did not work. We would give up and try again later. Over the last several months, adjusting the filter does not help. Bought new filters. That did not work. Reached out to Dewy and was advised their warranty is 90 days. Dewy provided some tips and tricks. All of which we have tried in the past. The tips do not work. This device is temperamental and did not last. I would not recommend buying.

Quiet
This small humidifier makes absolutely no noise. The small water capacity makes it easy to move from place to place, yet is sufficient for 8 hours of moisture when you are sleeping. And the rechargeable battery last for 8 hours, too. I am 100% satisfied with my Hey Dewey.

Small and quiet, easy to use
I was looking for a humidifier to place bedside and help with my dry throat when I sleep. This one is nice and small, which is great since I already have other items on my bedside table. Since it turns off automatically after 8hrs, it’s just enough for sleep hours. Within that 8hrs, seems to have only used half the water I put in. The light feature is ok, can’t see it at all with room light on, so a little hard to know when it’s charging or done. I had a larger humidifier before, so in comparison this one needs to be very closer to be useful. My throat still feels a little dry with this right next to me, so if you need a more powerful humidifier, keep that in mind. Big plus for me is that this uses tap water since it includes a filter, whereas many humidifiers I saw recommend distilled water, which could add costs and inconvenience.

Only worked for a few uses.
I bought this about a year and a half ago. I’ve used it three times, when my kids have been sick. I loved that it doesn’t need to be plugged in, it’s silent, and it has a modern look. Unfortunately I’ve been trying to use it for the past two days and it’ll turn on but no mist comes out, despite being fully charged and using distilled water. I’m so bummed! This was not a cheap item and I wish I paid for an extended warranty because it’s not built to last.

LOVE this wireless, portable humidifier!
The media could not be loaded. OMG! I can never breathe through my nose because it’s always congested or dry and had to use a Neil med rinse every day esp when I was pregnant but ever since I’ve been using this humidifier I can breathe through my nose and not be a mouth breather!! It’s been so helpful especially since we have to wear masks all day and breathing through my mouth always made me feel like I was suffocating under it. I love how this is wireless, portable and small and aesthetically very appealing. It has a night light which has been great since I have a newborn and need to change his diaper/feed him in the middle of the night. It mists for 8 hours then shuts off but if you press the button 2x again it will turn back on. My friends also bought Hey Dewy from their website but now that it’s on Amazon prime, even easier to buy one!

Not powerful enough and annoying light
I thought this unit would be a nice switch from the big, hard to clean humidifier that I had sitting on the floor of our bedroom during the winter months in Michigan. I do love the idea of how portable this is and how easy it would be to take in the car with you on a longer ride. It doesn’t adequately humidify the dry Michigan air as well as the big one I was using before. I’m sure in other less- dry climates it would be fine. I also do not like that when the unit is charging, all the lights flash. If I’m using something at my bedside, I’d like to have the option of no lights and would prefer to just keep it plugged in. The cordless option is nice if using it mostly in the go. Overall, this is not enough for me and the price, which has gone up $10 since I bought it 2 weeks ago, is a bit extreme for what the unit is.

didnt work.. so disappointing
I was so excited for this humidifier after seeing @things.i.bought.and.liked posting about how much she loved it. It was pricey but seemed like a simple, easy to clean personal humidifier that would work great. Unfortunately that was not the case. First, in order for it to work the full 8 hours, you must fully charge it (which takes 4ish hours) AND you must 'soak' the filter for 10 minutes before turning it on. If those were the only inconveniences, I would deal, but unfortunately it doesn't stop there. I did as I was told, charged it fully, soaked the filter, and the humidifier only ran for 1-2 hours and then shut off. I tried this multiple times to no avail. Every time it would run for about an hour and then shut off - not what you want when you're hoping it will run through the night. Their customer support was not helpful at all, and referred me to Amazon since this is where I purchased it. Super disappointed that a $60 mini humidifier was actually a piece of garbage. Save your $$ and frustration. Would not recommend.
