This is a solid bike. I wanted something basic to get to the station about 3 miles away for when I don’t have much time. The bike was fairly to put together. The wheels were slightly untuned which is normal for a do it yourself bike. I took it to my bike shop. They trued the wheels and I put on a new handlebar stem to raise it and give me a more upright position. The bike is tough. It’s solidly built. It’s solid value and the battery goes on and on. I’d recommend this. I like the white color too.

I just got the bike today and I may edit this in the future. The bike assembly from the box is simple, however there were some more difficult tasks. The suspension arms were mounted backwards to the stem, so I had to flip that around. In doing so it resulted in the front brake cable running over the front tire. I had to disassemble the suspension fork completely from the stem to reroute the cable. The brakes also required alignment, not too difficult but FYI for those with little bike knowledge or skills. Once I got the battery charged and started riding I became impressed. It didn't take my breath away, but it is exactly what I expected at this price point and did not disappoint as such. I will begin daily riding it and will have to see how the battery life will be. Same with the tires, they seem a bit suspect, but I will see how long they last. Tires may be the first upgrade for peace of mind. I am 5'11 and the 27.5 frame is a little small. I typically ride a large frame bike. The cable disc brakes are a bit slower to brake then I am use to, however this is a cheaper functional commuter bike and not what I ride on the weekend, so its probably just me being use to nicer hydraulic brakes.Again functionally sound and yet to see performance-wise so far exactly what I thought the bike would be.******************After a few months of having this I am very happy. I commute about 4 miles a day and no problems. The brakes could be better but they work for commuting, battery lasts 4-5 days of commuting, tires are a bit weak and I already got a flat, but I definitely saw the broken glass too late. I take the wife out on some easier trails. I ride my MTB bike and she rides the e bike, it is capable enough and allows her to keep up and enjoy the ride.UPDATE***After a summer of commuting, I am very pleased with the bike. What you get is certainly reflected by the price, so I just put hydraulic brakes on it which is a HUGE difference. Also the tires and grips were as low quality as I expected, so I replaced those as well. Some components need upgrades, but it serves it's purpose for mobility and has been completely reliable!

Does not go 21 as said only goes 12.only had bike for 6 months and motor broke and they won’t honor their warranty. Also only goes 20 miles in distance. Not 50. Don’t buy any bikes from Amazon. They r old and no longer make the parts. Can’t even get a new motor. This is second broken bike from Amazon. The other one is vtuvia fat tire bike and that’s broken to and they no longer make the same motor.

The bike is definitely fun and I highly recommend it. For installation look at videos on YouTube but for most people it is very straight forward. I love this bike and ran into a battery issue and the manufacturer completely took care of it. Very very happy with my bike.
