Fits in the cabin air filter with no difficulties of replacing. Would recommend only replacing every 15,000 miles like the factory manual states.

Drop in fit for my car and works great! Cabin air smells great again. I recommend changing the cabin air filter at least once a year.

After reading the reviews , I decided to purchase this ECOGARD XC10218C Premium Cabin Air Filter for my Lex-GS 350. Of course I sadly recalled that: A) the markup at the dealership is a substantial bite out of my purse savings, and B) the cost of labor at the dealership is an even larger bite out of said savings. Installation was a breeze and I’m confident if my pup had opposable thumbs, he could have easily performed this simple task He’d also give it a two thumbs up…if only ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Oh well, Winston Churchill is still an amazing pupper. Please be mindful of the advice previously suggested by other reviewers.. Specifically, the arrow on the edge is NOT for indicating its top such as it is on the OEM filter.. Rather, this filter’s arrow is indicating placement towards your vehicle’s airflow. The quality is extremely dense. Seems like a good thing for filtering gunk. And importantly, the cost didn’t even take a penny from my purse budget! Buy it, install it, and smile at your incredible automotive skills. Ciao

This filter was purchased as a replacement in a 2018 Lexus GS. The filter fits perfectly, so the largest question was answered! I have no way to test the efficiency of the filter, but everything is working well a few months after installation. The largest difference, other than price, is that this filter appears to have a fewer pleats, and thus less surface area, than a Lexus filter. The filter in this automobile is change every year, about ten thousand miles, so the small loss of area probably won't be a problem. At one-year change intervals none of the previous filters has ever been close to being clogged! If you have a GS this filter is apparently a pretty good deal!!

Great product, used to replace the filter on my cabin filter in my 2023 Lexus IS 500. So far, no issues.

The hardest thing about installing this was getting through all the tape on the box! I am a female, over 50 with zero car knowledge. All I do know is that the Lexus dealership charges me $110 to replace the cabin filter. That is insane! I literally watched a YouTube video and did it myself in about ten minutes, start to finish. Do not let the dealership rip you off! It couldn’t be easier. There is a YouTube video for almost everything. Find one and do it yourself. I saved myself almost $100. Just empty the glove compartment, slide out a panel, remove the old filter and put this one in. It was the easiest money I’ve ever saved!

Really impressed with the weight of these filters, seem like a much higher Merv rating than OEM.

Great cabin filter and fit correctly. Quality seems good. The only downside is their customer service which ignored my contact that their air filter is not the correct size as advertised.
