Q: What is the expiration date on these half gallon egg whites? How are they shipped if they have to be refrigerated?

They are shipped frozen at 40 degrees below freezing and must be refrigerated at all time. They are good in the refrigerator unopened for up to 6 months and can be frozen indefinitely. They may arrive thawed and that is normal. The best way to know if they are good is to simply smell them. They are basically odorless. If anything they may smell like a faint salt water. They will only go bad if they get warm for a few days and are not refrigerated. Shipping is never an issue. Most customers use these as a protein drink with 8oz cup in the morning mixed in Cold Coffee, chocolate milk, ect... They take on the flavor of anything you mix in them for a perfect protein drink. Great for kids as well. One gallon or 2 half gallons will make 16 x 8oz drinks. So a gallon usually last about 8 to 10 days. When you reorder on Amazon, the 2 gallon or 4 gallon order is the best value.

Sorry, We can not ship outside the USA at this time. Our Egg Whites ship frozen FedEx Ground and must arrive within 7 to 10 days of shipping from our location in California. This product must ALWAYS be kept in a refrigerator or on a cold ice pack.

Q: Does the one gallon container come with a pump lid?

The Gallon bottle only comes with a pump and a lid if you buy the pump as a optional item. The Pump is an optional item you can buy on Amazon solo. OR there is an option to buy 1 gallon with the pump as well. It does come with a White Lid with a hole in the center of the lid. This pump has a lifetime warranty, so you only need to buy it one time.

Great product

I was a bit concerned with the product when I received it because it was not packed in ice. The owner called me and took the time to explain the process, and the safety of the product. He set my mind at ease.This morning was my first try with the egg whites in my coffee. It mixed well, and was delicious. Very smooth. I'm so happy to have found this company to help me with my journey to better health and reach my daily protein goals.Just as an fyi, if you are mixing in hot liquid, it may cook the whites a bit. I allowed my coffee to cool to a 135 degree temperature, and then mixed it in.

I ordered a gallon of egg whites, at first I thought a little expensive but when I found out they test all products for salmonella and the taste and quality are great !!!
