4 Dark Oak Stain Kitchen Dining Arrow Back Chairs Set

I ordered this product because it was recommended with a bench I ordered over a year ago and since of the chairs with my existing set broke. I've been concerned with the wide split of reviews from other customers. It also took longer than expected ship, which concerned me. given everything, here's my review of the product:There are no instructions, but if you count out and divide the hardware into four groups, it's not hard to guess what goes where. Installation is not hard, and all tools needed are included, with the exception of something to hammer the wooden pegs in.There are two bars connecting the legs. I've read some reviews that claim otherwise, but mine are exactly as pictured. I would classify the color as dark oak with a very subtle red tint. I'm OK with this, since my original set was cherry.The chair seems fairly stable. I've leaned back on them, slouched on them, and slammed them. I'm currently about 210. My friend, whom ways more than me has also tested them and says they seem fine.We hold a six hour gaming group twice a week at my house. I have received no complaints regarding the comfort of these chairs, even without cushions. In fact, people have said that they are quite comfortable.Given the crazy reviews, I'll leave it with a 5 star rating.I will update this post if anything happens with the chairs.

First they told me my chairs were lost in transit, and I had to fight to get an immediate replacement rather than wait for a FedEx trace after waiting 10 days for the items. Then after waiting another SIX days, the chairs arrived. The finish is not dark; it's very light oak. The finish is chipped; these chairs look like they've been in someone's kitchen already. And to add insult to injury, a key piece of hardware is missing. I'll deal with it all because I need chairs, I'm 62 and live alone and can't fathom how I would get this crushed shipping box back to anyone, but I will NEVER buy anything from Leda Group again. I should have known with a price like that, this deal was too good to be true. Shopping online is a crap shoot and I lost this time. These chairs look NOTHING like that lovely picture - including the fact that there is only ONE crossbar on the bottom of each chair, not two as displayed in the photo. So disgusted with this experience.

I was amazed at how well the chairs were packaged, one large box. The color is a beautiful light walnut tint the wood is a strong wood structure not "cheap" with good back support. Simplicity of assemblage was easy, as long as you precede with systematic assembling process. The screws are hex type at the top. I think that how one tightens the screws makes a difference in how well and sturdy the chairs perform. We put chair glides for easy chair movement on floor. These chairs were for my mother in law who is 94 and very mobile so sturdiness and strength of chairs was a concern, these chairs pass the test. I highly recommend these chairs.

Color: Darker than we expected going going of the picture. I have the oak pedestal table my parents bought in the 80's and all but one of the chairs are long gone. For the price I could get a similar but cheaper set of 6 natural wood colored, I got 8 closer to the original chair color and style (too bad these didn't have steamboat legs). While these are a little darker, there are darker grain lines in our table and my China cabinet is darker, so we are hopeful they will look nice. If not, for the price, we can replace them again later and with 4 boys that is probably a guarantee :-)Quality: Will update once we assemble them. That arrived quickly and we are in the middle of installing new cabinets

Guess they were a good buy for the money. ? The seats are very small and not at all comfortable. The backs are very straight. Minature adult Seats / Chairs. ?? For their size, not necessarily short, they are fairly well constructed. Don't think they will be around for the long haul, but then again, who knows. The prices wasn't to bad per four chairs. Be Sure Your Family Or Company/ Friends and Family Have Smaller Backsides or are Smaller People. Know Your purpose for them, and Your Crowd. overall I would Give These Chairs A (4) Four. Havent Had Them Very Long Either. That's It, and That's All.

A set of good daily use kitchen chairs. They match our original set. We like their simple design and reasonable price. The only negative was that the paint on the seats was sticky and when you looked on the side, there were smudges as if the paint was not dry. Fortunately, the paint did not come off and stain our clothes. After a few days of use, this phenomenon was gone.

These were precisely what I'd hoped for, matching my dining table and 2 armed side chairs exactly. And another bonus was that they were very easy to assemble.

For what they are priced at they are good. I have some issues with them but over all I like them. They have to be tightened regularly and all the little wooden screw hiders( technical jargon lol) fell out. That's a bit of an issue for me. I'll be replacing them and using these as spare chairs on my patio.
