Pendulum not working, defective product received

I loved it 🥰😘

I am writing this review after using the watch for a couple of months. The watch, by it's aesthetic, looks great however, the operation usage of the watch seems pathetic. The watch remains stopped most of the times and since it's without any battery in its architecture, there is no way out to make it operational and get the defect rectified.All in all, look wise I wud recommend three n half starts however on serviceability part I wud recommend half a star.
