Worked great!
I wish I had done this years ago. It was very easy. I did have to glue the flimsy strips to a Starbucks stirring stick with some superglue. But about 3 hours later I showed my kids and they thought I had gone to the dentist.

Worked great to remove some residual dental cement from old crown replacement.
After 15 years of frustrating episodes of having floss stuck or shredded in between two molars I was able to use this product to remove a jagged bit of cement residue leftover from a crown replacement that made it very difficult to floss or tore the floss at a the most inopportune times. The torn floss would be knotted up and very uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get out without resorting to using fine fishing line and scout tricks to thread it between the teeth. This product was made by a genius. These polishing strips were just thin enough to fit in between the teeth and just abrasive enough to effectively remove the residue, AND there is a bare spot in the middle that is slightly thinner that allows the user to more easily insert the strip between the teeth. Naturally, the abrasive is only on one side of the strip so one has to be careful to identify the correct side to make contact with problem area. With a little back and forth the problem area is smoothed down but not overly aggressively. If only I had known about these many years ago!! My undying gratitude goes to the designer and manufacturer of this high quality and professional product!!!

Help for teeth
I was so happy to find this. It could be a little rougher.

I am so glad I got these.
Amateur teeth filing here. These really work. I filed down both my top front and it took 10-15 minutes. I was also able to remove a brown spot that was starting to form on the front of a tooth. It too minimal pressure and back and forth motion for my issues.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
So flimsy don’t seem as sanitary as you’d think and overall feels like a cheap metal nail filer that doesn’t work

Good for sanding down
I use this to grind down a high spot and it works just perfectly. Just be careful not to hurt your gums and lips. I like this one but I think a strip is better to use.

Works great for shaping teeth
Easily shaped my teeth and made space between crowded teeth.

It works!!
I’d been getting more and more uncomfortable with my smile lately… years ago, I had a chip in my left front top (right in the picture) tooth and the dentist sanded it down and put some bonding on the edge, attaching it half way up the front of the tooth. Over time, the bond wore off the edge, making my two front teeth uneven and the bonding on the front of my tooth stained, and no amount of whitening strips touched it, but the rest of my teeth DID whiten, making the stain even more obvious! THEN, my other front tooth got a little chip in it, making the edges look so uneven. I didn’t want to go back to the dentist to have him do the same thing to my other tooth and spend a ton of money so I got these- and as you can see from the pictures, IT WORKED! I’m so relieved and can’t stop smiling now 😁 So inexpensive but SO effective and so easy to use! Just rub lightly on the spot you want to sand down and that’s it! They’re so thin, you might miss the package if it’s in a bigger box, like mine was.. but you get 5 strips. I only used two. I think I could’ve gotten away with one if it wasn’t for the bonding, which kind of stuck to it. 10/10 recommend!
