Easy to instal and operate

Dispatch was very quick 👍 Installation was very simple and straightforward 👍 A few days after receipt, I was sent a QR-link via email to activate a 3-year warranty 👍 So far the system of 2 transmitters and 2 receivers is working well - should that change, I will update this 5-star review accordingly. Unfortunately after 2 weeks, one of the two buttons stopped working - water had gotten into the unit - so much for being "waterproof"!? Thankfully the seller provided very good support via a partial refund which allowed me to order a new "1 button + 1 receiver" package, which arrived today. I have put Sellotape around the Button to try and make it truly waterproof. Let's hope that there will be no more problems 🤞Update on 26.07.2022: The hope of no more problems lasted for 1 month! The same problem again - a water-damaged Button Transmitter - this despite the fact that after the first Transmitter defect due to water ingress I put Sellotape around the unit in an effort to keep water out - it didn't help. Somehow water still found its way inside the unit - probably through the rubber button. Even after only 1 month rust was evident inside the supposedly waterproof unit. So despite the 3-year warranty, my Surfou Wireless Doorbell system is being retired to the rubbish bin!

The media could not be loaded.  It not actually waterproof the buttons come off fairly quickly and forms a hole where water can easily go in

Unfortunately although it worked like a dream to begin with one of the push buttons only works intermittently.Extremely frustrating as otherwise it’s perfect.
