I wear these when I ski. They help my back problems. They last all day and they help keep me warm. Best part is they stay on. This is the best price I’ve found.

I was worried how they would not fit because I’m so small but the straps wrapped around me just right and stuck well and they were easy to put on. The size is great for me and covered the whole bottom portion of my back from hip to hip, but I’m a small person. They are effective at alleviating lower back pain from a 130 pound dog yanking you across a sidewalk! Definitely a great value for the money because they appear to last at least twelve hours for me.

Recently I had a bout of minor but annoying back pain (perhaps from a fall a few days prior) and was looking for a wearable relief solution. I tried a menthol-type patch that stuck on well enough but provided almost no relief and had a strong smell. I used to get reasonable relief from NSAIDs but cannot take them anymore and find acetaminophen less effective.These pads provided a very comforting level of heat for me for 4-6 hours and at least some more for at least another 2 hours. I liked being able to take the belt off briefly and easily reapply it, and I did not notice any odor.I did not give these a 5-star rating because I wish they'd stayed hotter just a bit longer, though maybe the pad was just as hot as it had been earlier and I'd gotten used it after a few hours. Also, the belt would not have fit me if my waist were any larger (I'm about 5'4", ~200 pounds). It did work for me, but I think that some might not be able to use this product without improvising an extender.All in all, I'm happy with the product and would buy it again.

I keep these around all the time. Helps head off low back aches from bad posture leaning over keyboard. When I feel a twinge for more than a few hours I wrap on on and it really relaxes the muscles (and helps remind me to sit up straight).They are comfortable to wear too!.

Works well, but very large so it covers your whole lower back. Love the warm feeling it gives.

Beware, Gets warm very quickly. But feels good if you need it.
