Love the pretzel rods. Good value for the money

Unfortunately, although these three tubs were shrink wrapped and came in a box with peanuts, several were broken. Leads me to believe they may have been broken before shipping possibly. The kicker is, this product is not eligible to be returned. And to add insult to injury, the exact same brand product is available in our local grocery store at half the price. So much for dipping a lot of pretzels in yummy caramel and chocolate. Looks like we’ll more broken pieces to munch on…sigh.

These are so addicting, I could always find them in Walmart in Florida. But we have moved to Georgia and can't find, so I decided to see if Amazon would have them. So I put in a order and it took a while to get them, but was happy when they arrived. In fact I need to buy more.

Unfortunately, the pretzels are just thrown into the box and then shipped. All three containers were full of broken pretzels. It was very disappointing. Especially, when we leave them out for guests in our office. There is a 1/4 inch of pretzels dust on the bottom from being broken. I would've given them less stars for appearance however, you can eat them and the containers were still sealed.

We ordered 3 containers of the pretzel rods and the pretzels came broken. It is hard to tell if it was the delivery that caused it or whether they were broken beforehand. They taste fine, they’re just mostly in pieces.

These pretzels when I opened them were all broken also no salt on them I would never order them again very dissatisfied

These were stale so we will not order again
