Very easy to use, has no flavor or fragrance, and mixes super well with things like Gatorade, so you can make some awesome jell-o of your own. Mixes easily with heated liquids (as long as you stir fast enough to distribute it properly, and as long as you don't try to drop an entire scoop in at once). Really nice source of protein, even if incomplete proteins.

So far I feeling this is a good product. I put it in my beet juice with some lemon and I believe this combo is helping with energy and better health. Basically there is no flavor from the protein. Will continue to use as this is the only protein powder that I've tried that doesn't cause water retention in my ankles. This will be my third wk. of use.

I love the gelatin! I use it in my homemade coffee creamer to thicken it and of course the benefits are great for nails, hair and gut health!I also add a scoop in my coffee. I pour a small amount of hot coffee over the gelatin then use a milk frother to mix it. It mixes great with no gelatin residue on the bottom of my cup. It also makes it frothy! I love it!

I purchased this brand many times throughout the years and had no problems with it. But this latest order it appears the formula has changed and become more powdery than granulated. As a result, it does not dissolve in either hot or cold (cold is what is referenced on the instructions to use first). The photo I show here is when I try to dissolve it in cold water as instructed on the packaging. It does nothing but clump together in a sticky gob of mess that cannot be dissolved. It does the exact same thing in hot water. I’m not sure what they did to change the formula, but I can no longer use it as is. That is so unfortunate because I’ve used it for so many years and never had a problem. So I cannot recommend this at all now.

I’ll be so happy when I finish this can. If you don’t mix it exactly right, it will clump into the hardest mess you ever had to deal with. No putting it into the bottom of your coffee cup and then pouring coffee on top. Only part of it will mix and you’ll be left with yucky residue on the bottom. You must pour into the liquid with one hand while using the stirrer with the other. It does well when used in a blender for smoothies, though. But for adding to coffee, tea, by hand, I am going back to Great Lakes brand forever.

Disclaimer: this is my first experience with a gelatin supplement. I won't buy this brand again. Will try another, maybe capsule form.If adding to coffee, in order to keep it smooth you need to mix it with cold liquid then slowly ad hot coffee while continuing to stir. Keep stirring for at least 30 seconds to allow a smooth blend. I'm getting a frother- I think it will help speed my method. If you do not continue stirring everything settles to the bottom and congeals.
