When I think of a towel, I think “terry” material. This is a thin material, very lightweight and I was skeptical of its ability to absorb and dry quickly.In my opinion, it works well for boating or going to the pool or beach. It’s larger than a bath towel, dries you off quickly, it dries fast as well, it has a small zip pocket for your phone or keys. It’s a very nice “towel”. I personally felt like it worked well. It also washes up nicely.

I use this as a blanket and a towel! It’s so soft! It gets wet, but you can use it like an hour later where as other towels are still wet. It does get Sandy, but it’s super easy to shake off unlike other towels. The magical pocket is nice. I haven’t used it, but it’s nice if I needed it. I think I’ve used it more as a blanket than a towel as it’s so soft and our beach trip was chillier than I was expecting. Love how it took up little to no space in my suitcase!

These towels are fantastic. Super lightweight, dry quickly, and perfect for travel... not eating up space or weight in the luggage. The zipper pocket - about the size of a CD case - was SUPER handy in a recent beach trip, and is big enough to hold all of the necessities - phone, keys, glasses, etc.They're also surprisingly soft right out of the packaging, and the cute little Nazar Boncuk (evil eye) charm that comes pinned to each towel is a really cute touch!

Bought these for a beach trip & was so pleasantly surprised by the quality. They're thinner than a normal beach towel, as you'll read, but super absorbent and large enough to lay on or wrap up in. The colors are very pretty & vibrant & yes, they DO get softer as you wash them (as you'll read in other reviews!). These are my new favorite pool towels at home - very happy with purchase.
