I ordered a medium for my adult disabled daughter. She is 5' tall and weighs 110 pounds. These have a thinner weight to them than other pants I have for her, but they are a good value for the money. I wanted them to be a bit looser fit so that the thin material wouldn't tear when pulling them up and down, and these worked well. They pull up easily and have plenty of room, but the waist and leg bands are snug enough. They aren't going to keep clothing or bedding dry for night time accidents, but they work great during the day and keep her clothing dry when pull-ups are wet. I will probably buy another set.

I've tried other brands, but this seems to work best in protecting leakage. It is low noise, i mean when moms walks with this on i dont hear plastic rubbing or crinkling... so very good. What i like best is this is single layer of just plastic, without absorbent materials, so very easy to wash and dry quick. Only bladder issue so only handwash immediately in the basin with few drops dish soap and rinse and hang in shower... ready for nighttime use. Tip: get the size to fit waist, if leg elastics are too loose, sew on few inches of elastic using zigzag stitches on the outer side of the legs to customize leg fit snugly. After few different sizes and brands, very difficult to fit both thigh and waist.... mom has skinny legs 😅. It's a 5 star for protectiveness... as for the fit, not everyone fits into standard sizing chart.

Very disappointed.. My loved one wears adult pulls throughout the day/everyday.. At night I need more protection which encourage me to purchase this product.. Following the size chart, it was indeed a great fit for legs, waist including a great stretch/comfort.. What is disappointing is the product did not protect through the night with the same amount of leakage..

I'll start by admitting that I don't have a medical need for plastic pants. I only wear them because I like wearing them. These are one of my favourites that I've ordered a few times, mainly due to the unique material.These are not like your typical PVC plastic pants. This material is extremely light and airy, kind of halfway between paper and plastic. The exterior is matte, resembling fabric a little. On the inside, there's a glossy waterproof coating that's very smooth and slippery. These feel really nice on, especially if you wear them on their own like I do. You can easily wear these all day long and they feel awesome. They're a little bit noisy, but it's hardly noticeable under clothing.As much as I like the material, I do have to admit that it's thin and pretty fragile. These pants are easy to clean by hand, but they don't respond well to machine laundering, which I learned the hard way with my first pair. So if you have heavy demands of your plastic pants, these are probably not the best option. But for non-medical purposes where you're willing to treat them gently, they're OK and will last you for many uses.The fit and cut of these could also use some work. The legs are a little too snug and aren't positioned properly, so this makes them fit a little weird. They're sized amply enough so that they don't feel tight anywhere, but they actually end up being baggier than I'd like. It'd be nice if these were tailored to fit a human better. Wider elastics, particularly on the legs would be a welcome addition too. While we're at it, it would be great if they could be wrapped to enhance comfort and ease of cleaning.If you like nice-looking plastic pants, these leave much to be desired in that category as well. While they feel great and work well, they are not my cutest pair of plastic pants. The fit is far from sleek, and the material is a dull gray. They're offered in pink - they look identical to these only pink - but I can't comment on them because I haven't tried them.If you're interested in trying plastic pants, I'd recommend them for sure if your plan is to use them the way I do - for non-medical reasons, with nothing underneath. If you want or need to wear a diaper, there are other better options out there. Otherwise, these admittedly unattractive pants are pretty comfortable and fun to wear. Though I have a few different types, I often reach for these whenever I feel like wearing plastic pants. They're also quite practical. They're as comfortable (and more fun) than regular underwear. They travel well since they pack small and you don’t need to bring very many. And best of all, they provide a lot more confidence in general. Dribbling in these is no big deal — no one will know, and unlike the cold shameful feeling of damp underwear, these feel pretty awesome when they get wet.Pricewise they're not a bad deal either, if you treat them well and they last.

Theses are ok but not like other plastic pants where they are tight enough to hold any leaks in over disposable diapers I haven't tried with cloth diapers yet but they feel nice and a pretty pink

My mom feels more confident when she wears them. They wash well in the machine and I usually hang them up to air dry. My husband accidentally put them in the dryer and they were fine.

Very cheap product, not as described on the original listing. It is not cloth outer, it’s plastic. Basically it’s a plastic pant which is what the description is after you buy the product. There are not 2 layers as the product description says it’s one plastic non breathable layer. I returned the same day I received it. Not what is shown in the pictures at all.

I am ordering again! I just received my first pairs yesterday and slept so comfortably last night. I need 2XL and they fit well. They are soft and absolutely leakproof. The pink color is just precious, very feminine. I like it. I bought some cheaper ones that I couldn't tell the front from the back and the holes were so large I couldn't tell where the waist was or the legs. I finally wrote FRONT on them. They were very noisy and stiff. But THESE PINK PANTIES are the bomb! So easy to wash, I do them by hand. They dry well, but I won't put them in the dryer. They are perfect for me.
