So it works, I mean, not a miracle pill but I struggle with getting into a keto state and it helps suppress my cravings for carbs I get almost straight away! gonna keep going with this to get ready for my Wedding :D lost 6 kilos over 2 weeks :)

12lb loss in first 2 weeks and nothing in weeks 3 & 4. You need to ensure no carbs are consumed, but stick with it, as it takes approx 6wks for these to kick in properly.
