honestly it's not really made for that..but you can do..it. there is a glue used by theatre buffs that works but I know that you could use a cream on your skin and it will adhere...it takes almost nothing to hold it on, but keeping it on you would need the glue. I frigging can't think of the name but if you have a costume store in your area they will have it..

Q: Can this be put inside ice?

I have a feeling it's too light to just put in water , however I feel that if you let the ice begin to just set to a slush and then push a few pieces in it might work...I haven't tried it but I've done things like that
