Globe Electric 44127 Charlie 1-Light Outdoor Indoor Wall Sconce, LED Bulb Included, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Clear Seeded Glass Shade, 500 Lumen

I was surprised it went together pretty easy. I got it all ready to go and my brother hooked it up because he's an electrician. It added to making the room look nautical. I think it's really sturdy and cute.

Update: we have decided not to use this lamp on our front porch. It’s very big and very heavy and hard to hang & straighten, on our porch anyway. We would return it, but I’ve missed the return date.We can’t wait to install this light. I love the speckled glass. It’s a good size and a nice weight. It’s very handsome. We’ll probably get another one to go on the screen porch. The only thing I don’t like about is we have to unscrew the cap to install a new bulb but, we’ll probably only have to do that once every five years. Plus I think the shape of the outer glass gives it it’s handsome look.

Our outdoor lights were 20 years old and it was time for an upgrade. With things being so expensive, we didn’t want to spend a ton of money and we found these. We ended up ordering four.. for a garage, one for our porch and one for our back patio. These were so reasonably priced and they give us the perfect look for our style!

These light fixtures look great (my opinion of course) and the large glass 'globe' allows the bulb to emit a lot of light, which is what you want with outside light fixtures. I bought 3 of these in total, they came with what I needed to install them and installation was pretty easy.The only complaint I have is the two M4x10mm phillips drive screws used to affix the 'globe' to the fixture. These are so problematic to install while trying to hold the globe in place. I ended up replacing the screws with stainless steel thumb screws to make the process less frustrating and also tool-free (I don't have to find a screw driver in the future to replace the bulb). I would recommend the manufacturer sell these fixtures with thumb screws.

Looks great and I like that bugs can't get inside

We purchased 3 of these for our home, 2 for the lanai and one for near a rear door, and that one still looks new after tons of rain. They are good quality, and size/color are as described .Easy install , and you really don’t need instructions although it comes with the lights.I love the look of them, and highly recommend!

Cosmetically it's quite attractive. It's fairly flimsy metal but should hold up. Two things to be aware of: (1) it only comes with one set of mounting screws, which may or may not be the right length for your installation depending on how flush your gangbox is. I bought two, and on one I had to cut the screws off, and on the other I had to buy longer screws. (2) If you are mounting on exterior clapboards, the long base makes it a little finicky. On one of mine, I had to drill a new set of holes so it didn't mount over two different clapboards, which would have created a large gap and exposed the wiring to the elements. A smaller base would make it more flexible.

Really well made light fixture, very sturdy, beautiful and easy to install.My husband installed it himself in 20 minutes and it looks great on our 140 year old home.Thick glass, nice sturdy iron and looks perfect with an Edison bulb, I’d buy it again.

I purchased 2 of these for my staircase. They arrived in perfect condition, and look great installed. Good value for the price. I was impressed this fixture came with the bulbs, which are expensive to buy at the hardware store. I purchased quite a few Globe Electric light fixtures for my house and have nothing but compliments for all of them.
