Beautiful colored crepe paper. Very fine and delicate; tears more when you rip it, so it’s best to cut whatever length you need.

Even cats want to have fun
These are great and love the colors and price! My kitties are always looking for new adventures and I cut these in strips and taped them onto a sideways box. They have so much fun! I have PLENTY left to fill in the gaps from their play and pulling parts down. :) This picture is already a couple weeks after putting them up so quite a few are already missing.

Very pretty
The balloon arch was easy to assemble once you got started. I would recommend buying a machine for under $20 to blow up balloons. The banner was very large so make sure you have a place large enough to hang it. Some of the things in the picture don't come in the package so make sure you read it closely.
