I had the product not even a year and it broke down on me 07/07/2023. Wasted my money it is not good at all. They should take it off the site wish I could get my money $50 dollars is a lot when you don’t have it. False advertisement.

What a waste of my time & money! The bare bones, unclear instructions made it take longer than necessary to put together. Now I will be wasting MORE time taking it apart to return/dispose of it.Once assembled, this unit is very cute and the size makes it a perfect fit in my bedroom.However, like a few other reviews have already mentioned, it is very flimsy the rods are thin and the plastic joints are very weak. I haven't even been able to pack all my clothes in it yet & this thing's leaning harder than the Tower of Pisa.

I have discovered that the shipment is missing 2 sticks type Can you please mail them to me. Everything else is great.

My bf bought 4 of these I don’t know why. They are very fragile. I had one like this before but the bars were little thicker. So far he has only put one together it was missing a white clear piece on the top right corner or maybe the instructions may of not been very clear so you can’t hang anything it’s not connected and out of plastic pieces. I’ll be sending the other ones back.

I love that the closest is easy to set up and holds all my baby girls clothes and other things. I ended up ordering storage bins (colors to match her nursery) and to be a little more organized with her stuff.

Nice size, love the idea of zip-up covering because we have pets… however doesn’t hold weight of clothes well. Toppled on our dog in the middle of the night.. Some parts were hard to connect and was semi-difficult to take apart to return. Cheaper quality… But it is an affordable product. I’d recommend maybe for college kids trying to store a small amount of clothing.

The media could not be loaded. It was a bit tricky to set up but once together, it lòks great. A bit flimsy, but fits perfect and works

Plastic connectors are NOT COMPLETE so we could not build this at all. Wasted money and our precious TIME!! Missing 2 HS and lots of the black metal rods are dented and not rounded.

I can fit all my goaltender gear to dry in there easily. I still have space for my ball hockey player gear, and my wife's. Perfect for drying after a game and keeping the house clean and organized!

Package was delivered to front of the house and I asked to have it to the back door. I haven't opened the small parcel

I bought this product back in March and I know the window for return is closed but I would like to know if it’s possible to get a part for this product. One of the fixed holders for hanging the clothes on has slowly broke and snapped off. It didn’t happen all of a sudden but over time since I put it together. It’s only plastic so I imagine it just weaken over a short time period. Are parts available?Thanks,Gregory Young
