I ended up purchasing this phone, because my other phone was 5 years old it kept rebooting it wouldn't even update certain apps and I'm a frugal LOL to me if it's not broken why even like exchange it but I had to change it cuz I had no choice so I decided to purchase this phone I did go to MetroPCS and other companies and it was just too much I couldn't afford it on my budget so I got the exact same phone on Amazon for less everything works it was unlocked so I've been using it and as I'm talking I'm using it right now the only one problem that I do have with this phone is the updating software you cannot do it I've called Samsung cuz it's it is a Samsung phone but whoever had the phone had it through AT&t so you have to have an AT&t account that's the only down part if you want it to update so when I call Samsung they were like you know go online and on your laptop and do this and that I followed the directions to the t it didn't work I called them back and they said well the phone still on the warranty so we have to bring it to one of our offices I'm in Boston cuz I live in Boston Massachusetts and I'm like really so that to me is an inconvenience because one I'm handicapped and I'm in and out of a wheelchair too where they're located in Boston there's no parking unless you want to get towed so that is the only down part down size to this is that's not even correct word the only bad part about it is that you can't update the software I wish to God I can find a way to do it aside from that the phone works perfectly fine it charges great I have it charging up to 85% because it won't kill the battery you know so it saves the life of the battery all the apps work literally it's faster the picture quality when you take a picture is wonderful and even the screenshots are great clear anytime I have to download a document print it whatever perfectly fine nothing wrong it does everything great like I said the only downside to this is that you cannot update it because even though it's a Samsung phone if the person purchase it through AT&t it will say when you turn it on AT&t even though I have Metro PCS so with that said it's it's just so hard for me to update the software on the phone if I figure it out I'll let you guys know but I do recommend the phone there's nothing wrong with it at all and the money was right it didn't break the bank and it came in a great condition no dents no scratches nothing it was nothing nothing wrong with this phone and it's still working great and I got it what wow a few months ago so yeah I definitely recommend it again I reiterate the updating software part is going to be the problem here but the phone itself aside from that you can like update, all your apps from the Play store, from Samsung those have no problem updating it's just the software itself for the phone but I definitely recommend it.

This phone is horrible, it hung up and I could never torn on it again. I put it to charge and it doesn't turn on anymore.

My above rating isn't really fair. This is the second of these phones that we purchased. The first phone worked great. It arrived, I popped the SIM card in, and no problem. Last night, I received the second phone, and it was still locked for Verizon (I have AT&T). After spending some time with service, I gave up and am returning the phone. To be fair, I went ahead and ordered another one--hopefully it works like the first. I know that these things happen, but if the seller is going to sell an unlocked phone, they really need to make sure that it is unlocked before sending it out. I was also frustrated that the Amazon service department had no idea how to help me or put me in direct contact with the seller. Updated: So I ordered a second phone, thinking the first one was a fluke. This time, the phone wouldn't even recognize a sim card. After several hours of trouble-shooting, I kept getting reports that "this is not a phone." It's IMEI number did not register. I figured I was doing something wrong, so I took it into AT&T (my service provider) to see what I was doing wrong. I was told that this phone did not have an IMEI number. I was told that it very likely had been a display model which had been stolen from a store. I'm done.

I bought this Samsung Galaxy A13 5G (Renewed) for my son after he broke his last phone. We purchased it on June 28th and have been using it with MetroPCS — no issues at all getting it activated or set up. It worked right out of the box. So far, it’s been running smoothly for his everyday use — texting, calling, apps, and light gaming. The battery lasts him all day, and the screen is clear and responsive. He hasn’t had a single complaint about it, which says a lot. Pros: • Easy to activate with MetroPCS • Battery holds a solid charge all day • Good screen quality for the price • Works great for basic everyday use • Arrived in like-new condition Minor Cons: Not as fast as higher-end phones, but it gets the job done The fingerprint scanner is a little slow sometimes Overall, this was a great buy as a replacement phone. It saved us money and gave my son everything he needed without sacrificing quality.

This Galaxy A13 5G works perfectly. The battery lasts all day, the screen is clear, and the performance is smooth. The camera takes good pictures and the storage is enough for everyday use. For a renewed phone, it feels like new.

So when I receive it; the screen was lifted off the phone its self im having to use the screen protector bandaids to keep it in place (it worked though) and when I asked for a replacement and it arrived ; the phone wouldn't turn on at all so I had to return that one.

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition! Works perfectly and couldn't be more satisfied!

Uhmmm...I have the exact same phone...Samsung a13 from a legitimate phone dealer and I ordered this one cause my screen shattered and I'm not a fan of change. The battery the phone came doesn't hold charge like the legitimate Samsung did when it was brand new. So probably not a new battery....it didn't come with a charging cord or cube. It did come with a double ended USB c...unless u have c to USB adaptor and your own cube it's useless really unless using it to share files from one phone to another. Screen is in good shape and works fine. Sound and camera is fine. Delivery went very well. It didn't come in the original box either. It's OK for the price I suppose...would have gave it 5 if the battery was new.
