This product was so easy to use but I would recommend starting out with a partner to help. It is a little tricky to get started and I'm certain with practice you would be successful on your own. My product had initially been lost in the mail so I emailed the sellers to let them know and they replied to my message and within 2 days it was shipped to my home and arrived in perfect condition! Great team and I am so thankful that this company took care of me so well and made sure I had a great experience. I really appreciate it!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. Save your self the hassle it is beyond useless. First off it breaks the tortilla in half if you don’t keep rolling the pin but that’s not always doable when your cooking. Two in order to get it working properly you need two people which is stupid because the whole point is two do it quicker. Just use a press and save yourself the hassle. If you do purchase it, it will take for ever if you ever even get the refund. I’ve been waiting two months for my refund. Still waiting. Oh but they got their press back.

Worked wonderful for putting the masa on the hoja. Only suggestion would be to make sure your masa doesn’t get too dry or it will stick but that’s always been a requirement for us when using a roller. The other nice thing is the thickness it comes through with is perfect so you don’t get big doughey tamales.

The media could not be loaded. No trae instrucciones . Hay un cable roto que nose donde va ..no la puedo usar si no se como usarla . Mal muy mal que no traiga Instruciones .

I read the negative reviews for this item and decided to purchase anyway. I very much wanted them to be wrong.To begin with the product was not shipped with care. The aluminium used is soft and bends easily when dropped. For some reason the packing department seemed incapable of allowing for this and upon arrive the screws that adjust tortilla width were bent from the transport. I ordered a replacement and the very same thing happened again.I attempted to use the machine regardless and despite producing slightly uneven tortillas it worked sometimes. It would then go through phases where the cutter became ineffective, accumulating too much dough or the dough just wouldn't push through properly. We've tried various dough consistencies with more or less water and this would work for a time and then the machine would clog up again. In a nutshell the quality of the machine is poor and thus the dough has little room for leeway. If you're willing to risk this and the possibility of the product arriving damaged then it might work. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

I honestly thought it would be bigger but its ok the only problem its not cutting my tortillas right
