Everything is perfect, the earrings are beautiful, but I don’t like the back screws post, the diameter was wide, it’s really hard going through my ears. Though I’ve been tried to put on very carefully, my ears still get painful.

Bought these as a Xmas gift, unfortunately one of them was tarnished,I returned them on 6th December, I still have not received a refund, or acknowledgment that return/refund in progress.Such a shame as earrings were lovely.I returned other parcels on the same day, had acknowledgement within minutes, then full refunds. Also I'm still out of pocket .
