I ordered this prep table for our restaurant. We are still in construction, so we haven't used it yet. However, if the customer service and shipping experience is anything like the product, then we will buy from here again! The items shipped several days before expected and the company reached out to make sure that was ok and to arrange a time window for delivery. There was a hiccup on Amazon's end, but WESTLAKE even corrected that. They have been professional and courteous. If we run into any issues with our item, I am sure they will work with us to make it right. If you're eying this, GO AHEAD AND BUY IT!

The seller let me know that the west lake brand was unavailable right away and would be substituted with a different brand. The ice casa brand is what I got so that is what I’m reviewing. It cools as it should and the casters come attached which is nice. The owners are really nice to deal with and I would buy from them again.

Wow!!! We are so happy with this prep table. It has everything we needed. We work out of the right side primarily, and this is the only one with the larger side on the right. I was worried about deep pans fitting in but they fit great. There is nothing I need now. It's all right there. It was cheaper than most used items I find at auction.

I had to have a metal worker cut out the metal shield underneath the pans just so I could use 6 inch deep pans. Using 4 inch deep pans like it comes with is not an option for us. They just do not hold enough.Other than that, really like it for the price

Almost $1000 less than a restaurant supplier. I was hesitant because most of the reviews were from home cooks and I needed it for my food trailer. The third time we used it, the controller shorted out. WestLake overnighted a new controller and helped me get it fixed. There was a slight language barrier on the phone, but the email support was great.The fridge looks solid and keeps temp even on 100+ degree days. The only thing I don’t like is that the 4” wells are small, and it’d be difficult to upgrade them. You’d have to cut the metal tray that holds them in place.
