I own a small business and this was supposed to be an addition for my shop. I finally decided to use it today and followed all the set up instrucctions and the tumbler press would not come up to temperature. It got stock in 75 degrees and I waited for an hour and nothing. I tryed to set it up 3 times and the temp never passed 75 degrees. So I contacted Amazon customer service and they offer a replacemrnt beacause I exceeded the return day by 2 days. I would have preferred t a full refund but at least I will not loose my $412.00 investment. Just wish me luck for the replacement, I hope that that press was a fluke and this next one is good.3 days later....I received a replacement in 3 day and the replacement is working very good so far I sublimated 2 tumblers and they came out beautifully.

Issues from the beginning, but after just over a year & total of maybe 50 presses, it is completely unusable. Leaves stripes of burn marks down every tumbler, yet temp crashes 40+ degrees in every press. Makes no sense & can't find any way to contact seller. NOT worth that cost at all.

Purchased less than 6weeks ago and already not working. It was smoking and I was afraid it would catch fire!!!
