Late delivery, even when paying extra for fast shipping. Side to side play.
In addition to the shipping charge ended up paying 55 $ of taxes and duties. This is basically a 300$ non serviceable dropper post, with a side to side play.Judge by yourself.

Great dropper post for the money!
I bought this dropper because it has the same model number as what came with my Diamondback Release 29 2 (TranzX YSP32FL) My bike came with a 170mm travel post but I felt it made my seat too high even at the lowest position, fyi I bought the large bike frame from Diamondback and I am 6' tall, not to knit pick diamondback, but I though it odd they included a 170mm dropper with the large size bike. Anyway, so I bought 31.6/150mm version of this model, Tranz-X Kitsuma Air (YSP32). Side by side the two posts appear identical except the new one says Kitsuma on the post and the one that came with my bike does not. They perform exactly the same as well, they perform great. Both posts are air adjustable for return speed. This post is definitely bang for the buck. When fully extended, the seat has an ever so slight wiggle, but I here this is normal for 99% of all droppers, you don't notice it ever while riding. I would definitely buy again. My only complaint is that it did not come with installation instructions, but it was so easy to install, it was pretty much self explanatory.

Pretty great for a budget dropper post.
Works fine a little side to side movement from the saddle holder. But my factory Giant dropper post did the same . Would like to purchase another one for my specialized Camber.

Great product. For the price, unbeatable.
A few years ago, dropper posts were far more expensive and frankly, less durable. The fact that cyclists can purchase droppers like this for a fair price is fantastic. The post was easy to install, has great drop and return action and appears to be well constructed. I purchased the Tranz-X lever and had it installed on my Kona Wo fat bike in 20-30 minutes. So far, it works perfectly. My only complaint. The two seat bracket bolts have very steep angles, so it's a little cumbersome when trying to turn them. Both my t-handle and hex key block get very close to the stanchion, so I had to remove and reinsert hex wrench every quarter turn or so... So be careful with your metal hexes when near the fresh stanchion. My recommendation to the Tranz-X designers; flare the bolt angle out 10-15 degrees in either direction.Full disclosure. The first one I received did not return correctly. I reached out to Tranz-X with the issue and they sent a replacement immediately. I packed the faulty post in the replacement shipping box with a prepaid label... problem solved.

Very reliable.
I ride my hardtail on everything, long gravel rides in any weather, long XC rides, bike parks, dirt jumps in all rideable conditions and this post just works, its always as reliable as when I first purchased it. It will be a no brainer for me to purchase another one when this one goes out. definitely work the money.
