The media could not be loaded. It arrived quickly and my son was excited to start recording and when I say recording I mean he hasn’t stopped recording anything and everything since it arrived.It is compact and had a decent size, we used it in my travel to capture the video and picture.It has a remote control to setup remotely control the camcorder. It is very lightweight and is a lot smaller than the ad shows it to be (which is great for kids, not too heavy for them to hold up).The battery life seems to be decent and comes with extra battery. My son has been walking around recording everything (even bugs) for the past 2 hours and I just checked and battery is still at over 1/2 life.The directions were not clear on setting up microphone but was easy to figure out (there is a little arrow plug at top of camcorder, you remove that and insert the microphone then the plug inserts into where USB goes) It’s a great little starter camcorder.The camcorder itself takes good quality videos. It comes with everything that you need (minus a tripod) to start making home videos and great memories. We were also able to download his videos quite easily and quickly to our home laptop.So yes, I would recommend this. It is decently priced, lightweight and compact so it is easy to store when not using or if you want to take it on vacation in luggage.It has good video quality and arrived quickly.So I would recommend this camcorder to others.

It's cheap, very light, biggest complaint would be the charger and the batteries. Picture is ok. does not seem to work to great inside / or darker conditions.. Get what you pay for. Very nice having movies on flash drive compared to VHS or Digital 8 or DVD.

When it arrived my son had just become very ill and I was caregiving for him so did not open it until many months later! Only to discover that there are no instructions enclosed so I have no clue how to put it all together and utilize it, so honestly I cannot say whether it is good or bad. Seemed like a reasonable price for a novice to learn with and I love all the features. Just need some instructions as there was nothing on the web! Hope I did not end up wasting money!

[UPDATE at 8/28/2022, 3 months after I already return this product]Suddenly, there are several people contact me after three months like sales manager of this product or so, to ask me remove my below review and trying to give me $50 (copy&paste from my email, "If you contact us after deleting the comment, we will give you an amazon gift card of 50＄within 48 hours after receiving the message, and we will try to solve the problem."). This makes me feel even worse.First, after three months then you contact me, not right after my review? So if customers have problems without leaving so so or bad review (my review was 3 STARS, now I updated to 1 STAR), you guys won't contact them for help?Second, I am telling all users the truth. Do you really think a $150 dollars camera can really work like a professional one? Put this way, my iphone can record my monitor without any problem, characters are very clear, but this camera cannot work. Characters are all unclear!!!!! Why not using my iphone? Because it has only few memory and that is my company phone. I don't want to save any personal data at company phone.Third, $50 gift card? Are you kidding me? For normal usage, it works fine, simple and easy. For my usage, I need to record my laptop screen and myself, so when I try to record my laptop screen, it is very unclear and cannot even tell the characters. My old heavy camera (was $2000) can work properly without any problem, although it is old (not 4K) and heavy, I decide to use it for now. To be honest, I don't expect a $150 camera can really work better than professional one. Buy it just good reviews from many people, 4K and light weight.

This digital camera was perfect for my video podcast. It has all the features I needed to get started. It records, has an external microphone, night vision, and the video resolution captures in 4k HD. It came with a stabilizer which makes it easy to prep up since I work alone plus it is remote controlled. You can even control it via your phone with Wi-Fi. It connects to my computer and tv very easily. I can even record while it is charging which turned out to be a life saver. I thought working both sides of the camera would be hard but this digital camera made it easy.

We bought this camera for trips with the family. To test it out we took it to the zoo where we got both great video and wonderful stills. It is small enough that my older grand children can carry it which is one of the things that interested me about it. The kids are constintly taking our phones to make fun videos which eats up valuable space and puts my thousand dollar camera in their hands. I can now hand them this camera and worry less while they have it. I see many fun youtube videos in our future made by the kids for the whole family to enjoy.

I bought this camera and tried multiple SD cards that wouldn’t format. The seller kindly replaced the camera and it does work well. Thank you, Andrew.
