The yarn arrived new and packaged in a sealed plastic bag

The outside box was intact but one of the skeins had the wrapper torn and there was black grease on the yarn.A replacement was sent right away. The yarn is really pretty and I like the Ombre look. I am crocheting a stole.Annetta Robinson

Used this to crochet a ombre beanie. I love the transition between colors, it’s literal so smooth it’s impossible to pinpoint exactly where a shade starts or ends. Yarn is soft and relatively easy to work with but if all skeins are like the one I got I wouldn’t recommend this to beginners or fast workers. I constantly had to twirl the yarn around my finger as the individual threads would come loose and fall parallel to each other. I also found numerous badly frayed sections that I had to cut out , one section was atleast 4 inches of big fluffy mess . Definitely slowed me down more but this was a casual project. There are a few knots in the yarn too but I didnt mind since i found them tight. I don’t think I’d work on a large project with this because of the workarounds required to get it looking good but I’ll continue to make smaller items with it

I appreciate that Red Heart doesn’t use dye lots, making it less stressful to start a project and then, finding you dodnt buy enough, ordering more.

I crocheted a hat and scarf which came out beautiful. It arrived on time as scheduled.

I bought this color to make a baby afghan and will buy more when I need it.

Very pretty colour, very soft. Great value if you get it at a decent price, Amazon has some crazy high prices for yarn. I lucked out with this one, was good value for this colour. During pandemic lockdown not able to get out, other prices were prohibitive. Would buy again if I couldn't get out.

It's actually shades of purple. Will use for something else. But disappointed it wasn't blue as advertised

Very pleased with this purchase. If anything it felt a bit thick, but that is nit picking.
