Great sauce (not just marinade...dilute it with ginger ale to marinade with.Great price!

This is definetly more of the sticky sweet and garlic style of teriyaki you see on chicken wings rather that the tangy soy sauce and ginger flavor you'd use in a stirfry. Still very nice though.

A rich and thick dark brown teriyaki sauce.Much thicker than other supermarket brands -- more like a barbeque sauce thickness than anything else. clings well to food.40 calories per tablespoon serving with a high 530 mg of sodium in that serving size. Some people will use more than one tablespoon, so a high-sodium product. Only four grams of added sugars.We didn't find it overly sweet, but just right.Ingredients are posted in searchable format for all and especially those with ingredient sensitivities.Best by date is July 2024, so 1.5 to two years after manufacture.Comes packed in a (sometimes) recyclable sturdy plastic bottle. Coded as type 1 resin.I prefer plastic bottles as they are less likely to break if dropped.The cap is a black screw on and off with flip open squeeze dispenser. The bottle, but not the cap, were sealed for safety, leak prevention, and freshness.A good value when offered at about $1.70 at the time of our review. That's about $.11 per ounce.

I really like this stuff, it's thicker than most brands, it's a big bottle at a great price, try it, I think you'll like it.
